You all had to know it was coming - Loz went through it last year for her pregnancy and birth and now Em is in the midst of it. We discuss the whirl wind of emotions around this crazy time of life we find ourselves in. We don't want this episode to come across controversial at all. We were hesitant to even release it, but just know we mean absolutely no harm from. It is just our thoughts and feelings and we hope it can make someone who might be going through the same thing at the moment feel less alone.
This episode Loz is flying solo on the podcast. She interviews Alexa, one of her best friends to get her perspective of the modern dating world. As well as a discussion around being single and it's benefits of establishing your own self love and worth. We hope you enjoy!
The wise old words of if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all comes back into the limelight with peoples unsolicited opinions being the hot topic within this episode. Em and Loz discuss times they have been the victim of awkward conversations but also times they should of thought first before throwing in their 2 cents worth. Instagram @wholelotoflife
This episode we interviewed the beautiful Claire. Emilie’s brave and resilient best friend. Claire was thrown a massive curve ball at age 22 when she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia just five months after giving birth to her gorgeous daughter. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we loved recording this episode. What a privilege it was to have Claire on the podcast.
