This podcast will bring you a whole new level of awareness and a sense of empowered responsibility in how you show up in your life and relationships - after all, Union starts with you ;)
Episode 12: Today’s episode is all about dating after heartbreak. It’s something that everyone has an opinion on, and many of us really don’t know the best way to approach. And there are some big questions around it too: how soon should you date? How important is the spark? What are good first date ideas? Dating apps or IRL dating? We’re breaking it all down in this episode.
In this episode we're covering:

Episode 11: This week we’re talking all about codependency in relationships, something very common and often misunderstood. Codependency, both my own behaviour and partners’ has wreaked havoc on my relationships, and last year I set about trying to better understand the patterns I found myself in and attempting to change them. It’s been a journey, and I’ve learned a lot along the way - hopefully my learnings are useful for you too!

Episode 10: I cannot believe it's been a year and half since I released an episode - life got crazy. But I'm back, and bringing you an episode which explains where I've been.
TW: baby loss and abusive relationships
2023 was the hardest year of my life, eclipsed by loss, grief, and illness. A few months ago I didn't know if I'd make it to this point. But I have, and now that I'm here I want to share with you what I've learned about healing and recovery when everything falls apart.

Episode 9: This week I am joined by our very first special guest, Calum Stronach, and you are in for a TREAT of a conversation (excuse the minor audio issues - Zoom was not our friend). Calum is a nutritionist and elite sport coach, known as "the guy who helps fix people's relationship with food." Calum is one of those people who can beautifully balance kind compassion with challenging directness which is, of course, what makes him so incredible at what he does. He helps men and women to free themselves from disordered eating patterns, and cultivate a healthy and loving relationship with food and their body.
Join us for this conversation where we explore each of our journeys in healing our own relationship with food and our bodies, and discuss how you can do the same!
TW this episode may be triggering for some people as we discuss eating disorders and recovery - if you do find yourself feeling triggered after listening, please come and speak to Calum or myself, or to a medical practitioner who can support you.

Episode 8: I promised you I'd do an episode all about shadow work, so that's what you're getting this week! Except that instead of recording a whole new episode, I decided to use an audio I've already recorded for my new group program which means you're not only learning all about shadow work, but also getting a sneak peek into what my group program will be like - win win! Shadow work is one of my favourite things to do with clients, so if you listen to this and want to get to work straight away, book a consult via the link below and let's work together 1:1. Otherwise, if you want to be the first to hear about the group program, get on my email list! Enjoy :)

Episode 7: Heads up people, this is probably not an episode to listen to when you're tired, distracted, or not in the mood for thinking. Because it's full of brain-busting revelations on the power of paradox and how to solve all your problems! In this episode I'm talking you through all of my recent learnings about our power to determine our experience of reality, and how we can use paradox to turn a problem into a 'not-problem-anymore'! Honestly, this is some of the deepest work that I do with clients, and if I've lost you here don't worry - it won't be like this every week :) But for those who are ready to embrace change and let go of pain and problems in their lives, this is your episode. Enjoy! x

Episode 6: It's mental health awareness week (#mhaw) and the theme this year is "loneliness". And it got me thinking, I used to feel very lonely, even when I was technically not alone. And yet right now I'm objectively quite alone, but don't feel lonely at all. Why is that? That's what I'm diving into in this episode - how I went from feeling lonely when alone, to feeling "all one" as some amazing author (who I can't remember) once said. I'm also revealing the very first details of my new program (which I'm still in the process of creating) so if you want to hear more about that, get on my email list (linked below). Finally, if you are here and you are feeling lonely, remember that my door (and Eva's - linked below) is always open. Big love x

Episode 5: I turned 30 this week and have been spending a LOT of time reflecting on my life, obvi. As a result of that, I realised that I have learned quite a lot of things, some more useful than others, a few of which I think are actually legit life lessons that I wish I could go back and tell my younger self. But in the absence of time travel being a thing, I thought I'd share them here with you all (I really think we should adopt "y'all" in the UK) instead. I hope they change your life for the better as much as they have mine <3 Love C x

Episode 4: There's no doubt about it, endings suck. Whether it's losing a job, saying goodbye to a loved one, or leaving a relationship, it's easy to get stuck in the pain of endings. And yet, in every ending is the opportunity for a new beginning. In this episode, I'm discussing some of the major endings that have taken place in my life recently, including the upcoming end of my 20s as I approach my 30th birthday! I talk about an amazing mindset reframe offered by my incredible massage therapist that helped me to see the potential for new beginnings in every single ending I've experienced. I also talk about the importance of honouring your deep inner wisdom - your intuition - when deciding which things need to end in order to welcome in the things you truly desire in life.

Episode 3: In this episode I'm discussing what it means to be 'feminine', and how and why both men and women alike have become afraid of being labelled as such. What do people think 'feminine' means? What does it actually mean to be feminine? Why are so many women now so masculine in fact, and how is that a problem? I share my own experience with some very big and important caveats that my perspective is obviously limited to being a bisexual cis woman who has only ever been in relationships with men. Whilst I do refer to how men adopt the feminine too, for anybody who identifies differently from me and who wants to get a more in depth understanding of how these topics apply to them, there are so many other amazing people out there talking about this from different perspectives so please go and find them!

Episode 2: In this episode I'm explaining why I called the podcast 'Union Starts With You', and why your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you will ever have. How you relate to yourself dictates the quality of your life, both in terms of the opportunities you attract and the people. If you want to be a great leader, you must first believe yourself able to be a great leader. If you want a specific dynamic in a romantic relationship, you first need to be the magnet that attracts a partner who will enter that dynamic with you. You are both your greatest obstacle and your greatest power when it comes to creating the results that you want in your life. Which is why cultivating a great relationship with yourself ALWAYS has to come first.
