Hello beautiful souls. Welcome back to today's episode. I want to carry on with my little series, from the gorgeous book I'm reading right now, Diana Cooper's 'A little light on spiritual Law'. I'm going to talk about the law of frequency and vibration today. The kind of energy we hold in our body when you're afraid of stepping into your power in your business, afraid to show up online, afraid of making loads of money, is fear. That vibration of fear is really heavy, it's a low frequency.
Whereas if you compare it to calmness or peace, love and light - a high frequency, the best thing that you can do to dissolve that low frequency is humour. If you're in a funk and feeling stuck, you need to have some fun!

Hey gorgeous souls, welcome back! Today I am joined by intuitive artist, Kerry Hussain. Kerry creates 'paintings with purpose' that are intended to be used as a tool for mindfulness, meditation and manifesting practices.
Art For The Soul was founded in 2020 and born out of her own healing journey from depression and childhood trauma. It has become synonymous with mindful interiors that promote a sense of peace and tranquility.
Her latest project, Chromagik, focusses on helping people to amplify their manifesting practice by getting intentional with colour.
She has written for several magazines including Psychologies, Natural Health, Women’s Fitness and Soul & Spirit and her art has featured in Real Homes and 25 Beautiful Homes magazines. Kerry has also spoken about manifesting with colour on radio and podcasts.

Hey beautiful souls! You may have heard the term ascension or shift or 3D and 5D If you are on TikTok, it's everywhere at the moment. But what does it mean? Why is it affecting us and how our universe at the moment is going? I call it our multiverse.
So the 5D Ascension is a belief or a spiritual concept that's gained so much popularity and gained so much traction over the last couple of years. It's based on this idea that humanity and the earth are going through a process of transformation and big spiritual evolution, if you want to call it that. We're moving from this lower dimension of existence, typically known as 3D or 4D, into a higher dimension. I'm going to break down what the 5D Ascension concept really is in this episode for you.

I really do believe I have manifested some amazing things in my life. But sometimes as a mum, I don't really feel like I have complete control over what I can manifest. I start the day out with my morning routine and my affirmations, I'm feeling high vibe and really good. Then BOOM, nursery calls and you have to pick up the kids because someone's ill, or I can't work and I can't work on my business and I can't make money and I just become stressed.

So I wanted to chat to you today about grounding also known as Earthing. This is a therapeutic technique based on the belief that by allowing your skin to come into direct contact with the earth. This kind of electronic charge helps to reconnect with the earth it takes our negative charge so we can soak up all the positive charge and helps us to rebalance... Hello, beautiful souls. Are we having a wonderful week? I'm having a wonderful week. I am back to full health, after having a little stint in hospital...I definitely did not listen to my intuition, which was telling me to go to the doctors. I left it so long that I needed to go to hospital and have antibiotics, which is very strange being on the other side of the couch, having previously worked in a hospital as a nurse... Now,I'm back in full health. I should have listened to my intuition, which was screaming at me that something wasn't right.

I really find that connecting within yourself and serving yourself each day will just help you get in touch with your emotional body. It will strengthen and raise your vibration. And in essence, it's going to help you have a much stronger spiritual practice, which is so key when you're trying to manifest.
Choose a ritual that works for you and make this a practice. Make this spiritual cleansing your practice so that you feel lighter, physically, emotionally, energetically, and just enjoy it.
