The word talks about fruit and what we should see in our lives. Let's talk about this as it pertains to parenting as we end Season 4 of Live Laugh and Learn Podcast. Sometimes we can talk to our kids until we turn blue in the face and they still don't get it. Learn what happened to not only me, but my daughter because of disobedience. Remember everything we do bears fruit, but not the kind we want to share.

We have heard the scripture, If you spare the rod, you'll spoil the child! However, what rod is it talking about? Why should you not spare the rod? Well tonight you're in luck. I'm going share my personal experience with discipling my children, but also what Proverbs 13:24 really means.
On tonight's show, I'm sharing a topic of discussion as it pertains to parenting. I know firsthand how being right may not produce the results I wanted to see. Sort of like, driving and someone cuts you off, but you want to be right and get even which will cause harm to you both. On tonight's episode, we're talking about one simply word, "forgive!" This is something God put in my spirit not only for me, but someone else as a parent. Our duty as parents are not to forgive when things are favorable, but when they aren't and you can't see when it will change. There's no U in forgive, but there is an "I"! Which means I should forgive no matter what. Check out this episode to see where you can grow and help someone else.
On tonight's show, we're going to have a come to Jesus meeting. I believe many of us are convinced that our norm is healthy and it is not nor is it Godly characteristics. As a result, our household and others are suffering because we don't want to take any accountability for our actions. And so, this leaves everyone especially our children repeating unhealthy behaviors which is categorized as being a bully. Set your alarm and mark your calendars for this episode. The journey of practicing good hygiene and grooming doesn't always come natural. Children look to their parents for guidance and sometimes wait for them to address it. I've learned as a child, many may lack resources due to financial means. As a result, it can lead to becoming a victim of bullying. I know how it feels to not have much as my mom raised us by herself after my father passed. This not only affected my hygiene, but also my appearance. I didn't have the latest or greatest, but I had the bare.ย It was in that, I wanted to do my best with making sure my children kept themselves together and hygiene was on point. In this episode, I'm going to share with you some biblical and practical strategies to help not only your child, but you. Remember, children are sponges and they will consume your trained behaviors more so than your words spoken.
Kinda Johnson is a high school teacher. She was born on the twin island of Trinidad and Tobago, but I live in Canada. Kinda, came here at 11 years old, so she spent more time in Canada than my country of birth. She believes education is more than just theory; true education was designed by God and was made for us to see Him in all and everything that we do. As parents we are and always will be our children's teachers and that is how she approach to parenting.Join us as she shares her story on navigating life and making some choices which led to pregnancy. However, in all of her choices, she turned to GOD and she overcame them all.

At that time, I wanted a ring and I wanted it right then. After ending that relationship and canceling wedding plans, I had to undergo some healing.
So this episode would shed some insight on how you can position yourself for love after leaving an abusive relationship. Will it be easy? Are there certain triggers? Is it possible for love to find you? Does everyone have a desire to find love after the abuse? All of these questions, I will have an answer for you on this show.
