After a three month hiatus, we're finally back to discuss the first five episodes of Andor! Join us as we recap what happened over the summer and get into Cassian's journey, Syril's pathetic cereal moments and the fact that Mon Mothma really needs to get a divorce.
We are finally back talking about the final episode of Obi Wan Kenobi and the series as a whole! We chat about petty Queen Quizzy, girl boss Beru and Obi Wan's anime power-up moment, but we also get into the deeper and more emotional parts of the episode. They gave us epic fights, waterfall of tears inducing moments, sweet reunions and first meetings (along with a couple of familiar faces). We're sad to be at the end of this journey but have loved every step of it so join us as we share all our Kenobi thoughts and opinions.
In our penultimate Kenobi episode we cover heartbreaking flashbacks, the return of the negotiator, Reva being one of the best villains in current Star Wars, Vader and Quizzy being sassy evil besties, Obi-Wan finally getting a hug and Leia being smarter than all the adults. Episode 4 of Kenobi may have been the shortest of the series, but we still had A LOT to say about it. We discuss girlboss-ery, saber spins, an assortment of parallels, and brilliant disguises. We're back to talk about the emotional damage rollercoaster that was Obi Wan Kenobi Ep.3 and the series is really hotting up now! We discuss new friends and some old friends that have popped back up in Obi Wan's life. Dodgy bus drivers, Inquistor workplace drama, shiny helmets and major name confusion are all in store!
The wait is finally over, as in this week's episode we cover Part I and II of Obi-Wan Kenobi! Join us in an exceedingly rambly and post-con brain induced episode where we discuss too many Star Wars announcements, Order 66 (again), Obi-Wan being canonically stinky, Leia being iconic and lovely, Obi-Wan being the best uncle and the heartbreakingly beautiful recontextualization of the original trilogy.
In the final episode of our Kenobi Countdown, we cover the masterpiece that is Revenge of the Sith.
