In this weeks episode, Alanna shares her personal journey with overcoming shame. Shame can manifest itself in a number of ways but half the battle is being able to properly identify when you're experiencing it. We discuss how shame manifested in Alanna's life, the different types of shame as well as some ways you can help break the cycle in your life. You do not have to deal with the obtrusive thoughts keeping you from living your most authentic life!
