Hi guys...I recorded this video back in September and each time I went to edit it, I grew more and more embarrassed about posting it and being public with my struggles. I sat with the emotions and decided to go live with this video in hopes that maybe someone out there is in the share boat and can relate. This was a very hard video to record but I'm grateful to have a space where I am able to be vulnerable. Please remember to take care of yourselves, and grant yourself the same love and patience you give to others.
