Welcome back everyone! In this day and age, there are quite a few "prophets" and religious teachers claiming to predict certain events or claiming to have new insight or knowledge into God or God's word. In this episode, we take a look at what makes a false prophet and signs/warnings you should look for. We hope you enjoy!
Wow, it’s hard to believe we are at 50 episodes! I know we don’t have the most regular of upload times and other times our audio quality can be a little lacking, but we are passionate about the podcast and we have a blast recording. We hope you enjoy as much as we do. In this episode, we dive deeper into prayer and the act of praying. Sure, we’ve mentioned prayer regular in other episodes but never delved into what it truly means to pray.
Do aliens exist? How would Christianity deal with the discovery of alien life? Are we being visited by little green men? Was Jesus an alien? Well….no. Not even a little bit. But aliens do capture our imagination. In this episode, we explore the concept of aliens and how they fit into a Christian worldview. Enjoy!
Yep! In this episode we are going to address a burning question that many have when it comes to Christianity and the bible. How do you reconcile the biblical narrative with people who have seen Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster, unicorns, fairies, etc.? In this episode, we try to give our best explanation as we understand it. However, we aren’t researchers and we haven’t extensively explored this topic. We are just three dudes, sitting around microphones, asking…..what if? If you are interested in exploring this topic further and want to hear from much better podcasters than us, try the Blurry Creatures or Haunted Cosmos podcast.

Happy Easter everyone! We hope everyone out there listening had a great Easter and got to spend time with family and more importantly, got to attend an Easter service. In this episode, we wanted to dive a little more into a few of the skeptics’ arguments that Easter is either fake or blown way out of proportion. We have briefly touched on a few of these in previous episodes but thought it would be good to do a little deeper dive. For more information, listen to our crucifixion episode, Ep. 28 from a few weeks ago. Enjoy!
Welcome back to another episode! It's funny how things line up sometimes. We record several episodes in advance and upload as we get them edited and it just so happens that this episode about Pontius Pilate is getting uploaded the Monday before Good Friday. For those of you who don't know, Pilate was the Roman governor who turned Jesus over to the Jewish leaders for crucifixion. Pilate was against crucifying Jesus as he believed Jesus was innocent, however to avoid riots and revolt, he gave in to the crowds.
Sooo, what happens when we actually die and meet God for the first time? Many people, including Christians, are scared to think about judgement day and standing before the Almighty. However, the gospel tells us that if we have given ourselves over to Christ, we have nothing to fear from God or his Judgement. In this episode, we explore this topic a little further. We hope you enjoy!
The End is Nigh! Well, the End going to be sometime….in the future. Maybe soon? But maybe not? Only the Father knows the exact time and date. Jesus himself didn’t even know the time or date. Thinking about the cryptic prophesies in Revelations can intimidate some people and excite others. In this episodes, we discuss Revelations and try to de-mystify it just a bit (a very tiny bit).
