Hello Beautiful Souls, I was hesitant to post this but decided what better way to serve the community than share my moments of weakness.

This weekend my Mindful Muscles were put to the test after dealing with a huge corporation who took advantage of a loved one.

This isn't the "nice Shay" you've met so far, this is the girl who lost her temper on a stranger.

However I was able to recover quickly and share the message of screwing up and moving on.

Disclaimer - This episode is strictly my own experience and own opinion and does not reflect the opinion of the AJAX HARMONY CLINIC or any of its associates.

You are the finest, loveliest, tenderest, and most beautiful person I have ever known- and even that is an understatement.

Hey Hey, we told you it might get deep!

This week as Cherie is at home with her own daughter we reminisces about our Mothers & motherhood. Listen as we discuss our moments of freedom, self expression and how our mindfulness practices (yes we still struggle) help us to look at our relationships with our mothers and the lessons we have learned.

We talk about traditions we hope to pass on and the lightly touch on the trauma we must face & free in service of our Lineage.

Shay relates her story  about being sick (not COVID) and the self-defeating thoughts she was battling in terms of being PRODUCTIVE

How and When did Stress become our natural go to? Why must we be Productive to Worthy?

PS: Every Year the US President will Pardon a Turkey on Thanksgiving Day LOL. (leave a comment to let us know if that's true)

Why do we give? Is it because we get so much back in return? Is it out of obligation or love? Turns out we all have different motivations for giving, and it's okay to be honest about doing it out of Ego. Life is best lived with awareness. So listen in to another episode of Humans Discussing Things with Cherie & Shay. "For what you give, you get to keep and what you keep you may loose forever".
