I was invited onto the Pistachio Experience by my now friend Roman and went into some interesting topics including Ayahuasca, the psychedelic experiences, plant based and animal based diets and more. ...... ( personal note, the more of these interview podcasts I do , the more respect I have for people who can speak very clearly and concisely. As I listen back I get to hear myself, and currently I experience many critiques of how I speak. I am practicing this ability, and am inspired to continue. This one is specifically a recording from holding a Breathwork session for someone. I guided my friend to lie down and relax and breath super deep for this hour of rebirth process. The invitation is simple to lie down and breathe, you may be able to hear his breathing, and itโs a good strong pace to follow of you want to, he did a very strong consistent breath nearly the whole way through, a common thing with this technique is that people just fall asleep, so having someone to support you and gently wake you up if u drift off, can be very helpful, and can lead to big breakthroughs. Iโm sharing this for anyone to see how they go with it, >>> I start playing the guitar around 30 minutes, so I can skip to that if u just want to jam to that bit, or if ur up for going in deep >find an hour and half or two , make yourself comfortable, lie down and breathe powerfully through this transmission, I hope you get benefits, Famaste see u tHere๐

First time Iโve ever written a set list, a plan of all the songs to play, and then smashed through it. This one singing my heart out again, on the deck in the midday sunshine and birdsinging in the trees , went for it, working on my posture and opening my mouth more. Howsh blessings to u all OUSSS

Went in some unexpected directions, when I relax the most and fall back and trust is when I feel the fullest and most magical freestyles, God knows what I singing some of these languages I make up, imagining Stonehenge thousands of years ago, time traveling ๐งณ,,, something happens anyway, here to share, share with myself, Iโm probably my most active listener lol, I listen back and study what came through, practice to learn what comes in spontaneously. A powerful rebirthing breathwork session, holding space for a brother to release, negativity out, space for the true flow. From a cliff top on the northern point of Barbados, on the sunrise of the new moon in Leo, 8th of the 8th Lions Gate. It gets really crazy at points, not a gentle listen. 1 hour and 33 minutes of guided meditation, breathwork and movement. Structured in 3 rounds, the first 30 minutes is very easy physically, the second 30 is more activating and energetic and the last 30 is for full deep engagement and empowerment. So u can tailor your own practice from this if u want, u could just do one or two of the sections, depending on what level of intensity u want to feel, or how much time u have! Cathartic lyrical release freestyle, outpouring my unconscious and strumming my guitar, sound quality through some 1920s filter, but through the crackles and distortion can u still hear me? I open up and channel, I recorded this in my car with my phone on charge, ( thatโs why it sounds so wierd ) on a cliff looking out over the Atlantic Ocean, was feeling a lot pre-new moon emotional build up, and just had to grab my guitar and go in, some emo in here ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ ๐๐๐ผ, blessings for life

These are some recordings of me making it up as a I flow playing my guitar and singing out the top of my head. A personal music on Spotify goal achieved aswell, an unconventional way maybe but still now up there in the interdigital information field called Spotify, which I do note I have a deep awe of all the platforms, I think Spotify is a very ingenious zone, and Iโm excited to be on it beginningly. Also grateful for the criticism I got some for the sound quality, and also my articulation, so Iโm gonna take it on board, this one I did last night and too I can hear some sound issues, but Iโll put it up still, the flow was there and I let it happen.
