We will delve into all kinds of subjects including fitness, nutrition, life coaching, yoga, health, happiness, and habits.
It's the end of an era. YogaSport, Angela's Power Yoga studio, is closing its physical doors on her 16th birthday, May 15, 2020. Nicole interviews Angela and the ladies discuss everything from opening the doors in 2004 to biggest challenges, proudest moments, and what is next. This podcast was a way for Angela to process the change and share with her community, since the COVID-19 crisis didn't allow us to do it in person.

How can we tell what products in our home are safe? What should you look for and where do you even begin? This episode is the beginning of a multi-part series on environmental toxins, and we’ll be helping you take baby steps to make your home a safer place for you and your family.

BONUS MASTERCLASS - Fearlessly Clear with Denise Senter
No matter how successful a woman is, there is usually some area in her life that feels stuck, out of control, or unfulfilled. When it isn't addressed, it can become a source of frustration, stress or depression. The key to addressing them? Define clearly what you actually want to achieve in that area of your life.
Clarity takes courage and the willingness to let go of old ideas or limiting beliefs about what is possible. When you are clear and specific, you mentally and emotionally prepare yourself to achieve your goals with energy and agency. In this virtual workshop, Denise Senter will take you through a process she has used with hundreds of women, to help you get fearlessly clear about what you want to achieve and outline your next steps for moving forward with confidence.
Who is Denise?
Denise Senter is a successful technology executive who mentors women professionals and entrepreneurs, helping them achieve big goals in their businesses, careers, and personal interests. The breadth of her experience - from achieving success in Fortune 500 companies and leading fast-growth technology startups, to launching herself as an independent entrepreneur and starting a hobby-farm - brings a unique perspective to the women she mentors, supporting them as they define their visions and courageously pursue what they want in life.
