Episode # 6 – A Peek Inside the LAI Masters Program: Voice of a Student In this episode we will talk with Aliza Ramos who is a student in our fully on - line graduate degree in Leadership, Analytics, and Innovation. Aliza will be sharing her experience as a student in the program as well as her journey in nursing as an oncology nurse.
In this episode, we will talk to Dr. Christopher Friese who is the Elizabeth Tone Hosmer Professor at the University of Michigan School of Nursing. Dr. Friese will be sharing with us his work in health policy, leadership, quality and safety. He will also discuss the challenges our frontline nurses and leaders are facing both before the pandemic and now.
In this episode, we will be talking to Dr. Marjorie McCullagh who is the Sally L. Lusk Collegiate Professor of Nursing and Director of the Occupational Health Nursing Program. She will be sharing with us her work as the Occupational Health Nursing Program Director and her own research with agricultural workers.

In this episode, we will be talking with Dr. Barbara Medvec, a Clinical Assistant Professor and Program Lead for the SPL Leadership, Analytics and Innovation (LAI) Master’s Degree. Dr. Medvec will be talking about some of the innovative digital resources that have been created to enhance student learning. She will also give us a sneak peek into a new Extended Reality (XR) project she will be leading.
