In this episode of the Kendra Maya podcast, we delve into the hallmarks of a good relationship, including friendships and romantic relationships. Specifically, we cover the following questions:
1. How does one know that we are in a toxic relationship? 2. What is a good relationship?

We also cover the types of relationships broadly - that are ranging from toxic to the ones that add value to fill each other's needs and finally, to the Yogic view on a healthy relationship.

We learn about the life-sucking void that is in most of us, but we fail to acknowledge it and how most relationships are all about filling this bottomless blackhole.

The first step towards filling this blackhole is acknowledging its existence and starting your healing journey. At Himalayan Holistic Healing, we guide this healing through Yogasiddhi healing that was founded by Guru Pashupati. I am a living example as to how effective it is!

We are grateful to our listeners and to those who are sending their questions in. For the next episode, please add your questions if you have any, in the comment section on Youtube or send them to himalayanholistichealing@gmail.com. You are welcome also to send feedback here.

In this podcast episode, Kendra Maya dives deep into the reason why we are all on Earth. She answers two specific questions:
1. What is my purpose? 2. How do I find this purpose?

In this episode, we talk about the concept of Brahmanda - the universe as an egg for human evolution.
We also introduce the three stages of human evolution, according to Yog - Pashu, Veera and Divya.

The meditation and practices taught within Yog, provide the students with tools and guidance to move from one evolutionary stage to another. To move from the first stage - Pashu- one needs to heal oneself from the trauma of the past and also from the anxiety about the future.

At Himalayan Holistic Healing, we provide guidance from certified and experienced Yogis, to start this healing journey.

Are you looking to learn skills to always have a clear mind, come rain or sunshine?

Before we do that, we must first understand the mind. Yoga can be defined as the skillset required to control the mind. This control brings harmony and unifies the practitioner with the Divine. But, what does that even mean? In this podcast series, we are diving deep into the nuts and bolts of how to accomplish emotional state control - the first Siddhi - that signifies 'accomplishment' in Yoga.

Kendra Maya is a practising Yogi at the Trilok Akhada, an ancient Himalayan yogic lineage that is bringing practical knowledge on how Yoga can be applied to heal trauma, reverse age and lead a healthier blissful life.

In this pilot episode of the Kendra Maya podcast, we tackle two questions about the mind, according to Yoga:
1. What are the constituents of human existence (particularly the mind)? 2. Is there a Self? Who or what is it?

The KM team is grateful for the questions pouring in from our followers and listeners. For the next episodes, we invite some more delicious queries at himalayanholistichealing@gmail.com.
