There are many decisions I've made in this lifetime... some out of desperation, some out of just hustling, and some out of doing what I felt was necessary. When I look back over my life, I've learned from each stage but most importantly, I've learned to not be ashamed of what you've gone through, it's all a part of your story!

We must learn that covered wounds sometimes take longer to heal. My mask was like a bandage and when I decided to take it off, my pain positioned me for purpose. My gym journey was started for me to build strength in muscles, but the journey ended up building strength in God. I found love on a lonely highway, those 5AM mornings when God continuously showed up.
