Self-actualize is a journey and not a destination, even for a leader. As the executive director for Concerned Veterans for America, Nate Anderson was in a role that for many might be considered the pinnacle of their career. What changed for Nate? For one, his title changed, but not for the reasons you might think. For Nate, it was continuing his journey to self-actualize. It was moving from the right role for yesterday to the right role for today.
