What can the Holy Spirit do? Who someone is and what they can do changes your relationship with them. To fully understand your relationship with the Holy Spirit, you need to know what He does. Hear more from Pastor Tyler about the Holy Spirit and follow along in John 14:26.

The Holy Spirit is arguably the part of the Godhead that people know the least about. The Father and Son have roles that are more easily recognized, while the Holy Spirit can seem more mysterious. This becomes a problem when we start treating the Holy Spirit as an "IT" and not as a unique person. Does the Holy Spirit have personhood? Does he have emotions? Does he have goals? And if he does, what do I do about that?In this episode all of these questions and more are answered as we continue in our series Realm of Spirits.

You would be hard pressed to find a topic that has been more abused or carries more pain then the topic of sexual health in our culture. Before we even begin to discuss specific issues we must confront painful past experiences, lies we believe about ourselves, or address previous messages of shame we have heard. But one thing we cannot do is remain silent on something this important.
Does the bible have anything helpful or redemptive to say about our sex lives other than, "Don't have sex till you're married?" What if you've already had sex? What if you have been abused? What if you're single and long for sexual expression, but feel alone? Does God have anything to say to you? Yes. Yes He does. This episode has been split in half. The first half addresses common lies or misconceptions around sex and intimacy. We must begin here to reclaim this discussion and start on the same page. The second half of this episode has been dedicated to analyzing Proverbs 5. This proverb specifically addresses some of God's principles for developing a healthy sex life and sexual identity. We pray this blesses you. We pray it helps you heal. We pray it protects your heart and your mind. And we pray chiefly that it draws you closer to God the creator of our bodies and the designer of real intimacy.
When it comes to wealth, success, and authority the church can sometimes be confusing. We can idolize it and connect it to faith making it seem like CHristians should always be successful if they have enough faith. This is called the prosperity gospel. But other times we demonize it as if all wealthy people are immoral and the christian should commit to a life of poverty. This is often called the poverty gospel. Is there a middle ground? Can a Jesus follower pursue these things in a healthy way?

In the book of Daniel, chapters 7-12 contain prophecies delivered to Daniel through dreams. The last line of the Lord’s Prayer is almost like the plot of a movie. “Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.” It tells us why we need to push forward; because we have an adversary advancing against us. Pastor Tyler covers this, what being "led into temptation" means, and a misconception about whether this verse is talking about being delivered from a general evil, or from a specific evil enemy.
The Lord’s Prayer was designed to show you themes in prayer to keep your intimacy with God healthy. We can always be working on strengthening our prayer life, we encourage you to set aside time to talk with God this week. One of the most famous prayers in the world is found in Matthew's gospel. It begins with the line, "Our Father in Heaven..." Have you ever wondered why God wants to be called father? In this episode, we do a deep dive into The Lord's Prayer.
