* My three daughters were determined to go to the beach yesterday, regardless of the weather. It was very moody and stormy at the beach.

• Fortunately the water was very warm and the tide was quite far out, so it was safe for them to swim. They had a great time.
• Marcoola is normally a very popular and busy beach, but there were only a few others brave enough to venture to the beach in these conditions.
• The girls have really bought into these BEACH LIFE visits, which is great, because I am enjoying them too.
• I am learning that when you are close enough to the beach, a visit can be short, spontaneous and does not need to be a massive excursion.
• You will hear the wind gusting through the camera mic on the video.

The second video from our morning walk along Maroochydore Beach was taken from on the beach.

The beach sand was definitely warm, so we made sure we wore our shoes on the beach or we would have been hoping around with burnt feet.

This morning my middle daughter and I visited Maroochydore Beach, along the Alexandra Parade.

The weather was sensational, slightly on the hot side, but otherwise just perfect.

Maroochydore Beach is a bit of a hidden gem, it is not nearly as busy as other surrounding beaches, so if you are after some peace and tranquility while catching some rays, this Beach is a great option.

This video was taken after enjoying a coffee and breaking burger with my wife at Alex Beach on the Sunshine Coast.

The beach goers were enjoying some decent sized waves under the watchful eyes of the life guards.
