Mariah and younger brother Tyshawn have created “Black Characters Matter.”
They realized there were not many books at school featuring African American children like them and they have been on a mission to raise money to change this by getting books featuring African American and characters of color into school libraries.
13-Year-Old Jahkil is changing lives for the homeless in Chicago and around the world and has caught the attention of Barack Obama, Nike, Project Marvel Hero and others.
It was amazing to interview 13-year-old Jahkil Jackson who has become a homeless advocate who is changing lives in Chicago and started a movement that is catching on around the world.
Jahkil is an awesome inspiration to kids around the world and I can't wait to share this story.

8 Year Old Miles Miles Fetherston-Resch has started a Non Profit organization called "Kids Saving Oceans."
He has already raised over $18,000 for his cause, recently won a business competition and is very involved in beach cleans up.
He has also created an online store selling a number of sustainable products. Miles goal is to raise a million dollars by the time he's 18. He is a super inspiring young man and we look forward to seeing him continue to accomplish amazing things.

It was awesome talking to Micah Harrigan of "Micah's Mixx" which started as a run of the mill lemonade stand and has grown into a bottled lemonade business that is available in stores. He has caught the attention of brands like Splenda and has purchased a mini-bus with plans to have a mobile operation this summer.

I loved interviewing Abby Walz – an amazing 10-year-old girl who is visually impaired and has developed a YouTube channel to teach people about assistive devices for visually impaired people, and about life in general.

I was super excited to interview the inspirational Sophia Megan. The Super Sophia Project was founded as a family initiative to give back and inspire hope for children and their families who are battling cancer. Love Boxes™ are filled by community members with toys, crafts, clothes, gift cards etc. and are gifted to children in hospitals all across the GTA, Durham, and up North.

I was super happy to have Lucas Ayranto on the 2nd edition of the KidZ Pow3r podcast. Lucas is making progress as a Dancer, attending the National Ballet School of Canada.
He has a crazy busy schedule but also finds time to play hockey (when there is no COVID) and has great tips for inspiring other kids in pursuing their dreams.
