Help Wanted...always! Starting the TĒM App has been a ton of work and has required many different skillsets. It's challenging when trying to bring on talent especially when you have limited resources. Cory and Darren share their experiences of watching the company attempt to expand during its first three years.

The Evolution Project reflects The TĒM App’s journey from initial launch to validated optimization. In this episode, Cory and Darren explore The Evolution Project in its entirety. The story behind a fitness tournament that was started with good intentions. Health, Competition, Community, Achievement, Fun, Scandal, Disqualification, Sore Losers, Champions, and $2000 in prize money. The TĒM App hosted its first major event. It was very successful but not without some controversies. Cory and Darren relive the TĒM Fitness Tournament (TFT).
Being positive shouldn’t mean that you have to be happy no matter what and ignore being accountable. There is a such thing as being too positive and trying to use a good attitude or image to replace good behaviors and hard work. Cory and Darren explore this issue and what we do to try to combat it.

The idea for The TĒM App began in 2018 while listening to (of all things) a podcast. Armed with an idea and napkin sketches drawn while at a Jacksonville Beach bar, the cofounders scraped their way to bringing the app to life. Cory and Darren discuss the early days.
