Born, raised, and residing in NJ, Jonathan Natal has learned many lessons in his 32 years on earth, and often had to learn them the hard way. He is a drug addiction survivor, and is proud to report that after consistent hard work, he has been clean for over 2 1/2 years. He dedicates his time to educate, motivate and positively influence individuals in achieving and sustaining healthy and productive lifestyles. His goal is to assist individuals looking for motivation and life tools to better themselves. It may be difficult, but if you ask for help and put in the work, you will grow and evolve

Jonathan Natal is launching a podcast with help from The Bolt Productions, a multi-media organization at St. John's University's Staten Island campus. Dr. Nancy DiTunnariello, who is the director of the communication arts program on the Staten Island campus, as well as the advisor for The Bolt Productions, hosts this episode of the podcast alongside Jonathan Natal. To start off the series, Dr. DiTunnariello interviews Jonathan on his backstory and how he suffered from drug addiction and homelessness in the past. Jonathan also discusses where he is now in his life and how he overcame his struggles.
