Last week I hosted an event at my jungle sanctuary in Mexico, and the Marakames crystallized the energy of my home. It was a super powerful experience and an even crazier story! I share about it in this episode.  We also talk a lot about intention, purpose and what we want to leave behind. The importance of being intentional with all of our relationships. Hope you enjoy and may it leave you something to think about!

“Let’s commit to our freedom.” She proposed to him, smiling in satisfaction at her revelation.

“Let’s commit to preserving our autonomy.”

Let’s commit to ourselves… together.” She attentively observed him as he digested her words...

Poetry, Love, and Freedom!

This week's episode is about my personal journey of discovering how important it is to maintain autonomy in relationships, and to redefine the defintions of what it means to relate to others. Hope you enjoy!

How many times you been naked with another?

Not in the literal sense of being physically undressed and in space with company, but in the spiritual sense of being fully exposed…

Naked, yet fully clothed…

Have you ever been?

Have you ever expressed your deepest fears, your most painful moments, your anxieties and feelings to someone else?

Have you ever allowed yourself to be completely seen, to be completely exposed and vulnerable with someone?

I think one of the reasons why so many of us feel like we are in this alone, Is because we don’t know how to be alone together. The irony is if we did, well, we wouldn’t feel so alone…

I’ve come to realize, many of us have never been naked with each other.

We all walk around with this armor around our hearts, pretending like nothing phases us. Like we are impenetrable. Unbreakable, and ultimately, we become unrelatable.

I used to think emotional vulnerability alluded to weakness, but then I realized in order do it, it seemed to require all of my strength and courage.

To me, being emotional vulnerable is just about the scariest thing I have ever done.

I backpacked South America when I was 18, hiked the most deserted part of the Appalachian trail when I was 19, moved across country alone when I was 20, back flipped out of a plane, moved to Mexico, have traveled around the world by myself, and yet, expressing my emotions, my childhood trauma, and my feelings to someone?? Shittttttt. That’s scary as fuck! But it’s also the most liberating, refreshing and rewarding way to connect with both ourselves and each other. And ultimately the MEDICINE that we are all needing and craving.

When we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, we give permission for others to be too; and in that place, that place of rawness, of realness, of truth, of radical honesty and authenticity, that is where we can meet. Until then, everything else is merely a facade. A mask.

When we let down our armor, we make room for the most liberating and rewarding experience known to man. Love. Connection. Light. The reason why we are here in the first place 💡

In this episode, we speak all this and more.

If you want to know something about yourself, sit on your bed one night and say, "What's one thing I'm doing wrong, that I know I'm doing wrong? That I could fix. That I would fix". - Jordan Peterson

I asked myself "What is one thing that I am that is not productive or serving the fufillment or attainmnent of my goals. The answer was social media. I have taken this week off of social media and wow! I have realized how often I would just mindlessly pick it up and scroll.

When you ask yourself this question what comes up for you?

Robert Althuis’s life began as a fairy tale—successful career, amazing wife, tremendous wealth—until it all fell apart. His relentless pursuit of more had ruined his life.

The book Never Enoughitis chronicles Robert’s wild rise to success and cataclysmic fall, with all the painful details and mistakes of that journey laid bare.

When I was in Miami earlier this year, God sent me an angel in the form of Robert Althuis.

After meeting Robert at a farmers market, I read his book Never Enoughitis. His words offered medicine for me when I was going through a very pivotal moment in my life. We began corresponding on instagram, and quickly became friends.

Robert Althuis is the founder of The Whisperer, a mindfulness organization that provides coaching, strategies, tools, and techniques to help private clients and businesses find their why so they can become a force of good in the world.

He was once an Ivy League-educated Fortune 100 corporate executive and later a successful real estate and private equity entrepreneur. Today, he resides in Coral Gables, Florida, and is an artist, photographer, avid yogi (RYT 200), CrossFitter, kite surfer, and an active dive volunteer and former board member of the Coral Restoration Foundation.

In this episode we discuss all things relationships, spirituality, the importance of radical honesty, and the of living your life guided by the compass of your heart. Robert shares what prompted him to write Never Enoughitis, and opens up about his new book coming out in the spring.

How can I add more value?

A demon is anything that obstructs the achievement of freedom. Demons then are ego beliefs - not scary, hairy beasts, but inner barriers that keep us from realizing the nature of reality. The difference between a god and a demon has to do with our reaction to them. Those who cause us pain, also teach us patience, whereas those who bring gifts can distract us from our spiritual paths. No one and no single situation has the power to derail us, that is unless we let it. The power rests within us. The spiritual path was to become intimate with her inner demons: those thoughts or beliefs that keep us from experiencing joy, bliss, and pure love.

The darkness within us isn’t actually dark. It often feels threatening because some aspect of our intuition knows that when we face it, we will reclaim a part of our soul. We will heal. We will become more whole, and that ironically can be terrifying.

We get so used to functioning with only one wing. We wonder, how can I fly now with two? Ill go too far, too high. Who will I become now that I am free? And who will I lose in the elevation of my soul?

Feed our demons not with fear, but with the knowledge the bringing it to life and into the light will set us free.

Is there an ego belief that I am ready to see and release within me?

I see the light in my own darkness. I face my ego beliefs to feel free.

I found my new sanctuary where Neoteric Talks studio is being built! In this episode, I update about whats going on in my personal life, as well as share a heart felt message about pregnancy and conception.

Can you imagine if every soul that incarnated here was intentionally brought into this world by two individuals who were consioulsy inviting a child in? A sacred ceremomy, a conscious union of love-making with the intention invite a spirit into this world. I wonder how many individuals suffer from self esteem issues because their parents had discussed abortion while they were in the womb. In this episode, I talk about my personal experience about connecting to the souls of my unborn children, connecting to other souls before they are born, and how we are so much more than just our flesh. If you enjoyed this episode, please share, download and write a review. Your support means the world. Stay tuned for next Tuesday for another episode of Neoteric Talks!

"We will have to repent in this generation not merely for the hateful words and actions of the bad people but for the appalling silence of the good people." - Dr. Martin Luther King. Jr.

What does it mean to be racist? Many of us, when we think of the word "racist" we think of a man in a pointed white hat and KKK outift holding a torch. We don't usually, however, think of a racist as a doctor, a school teacher or a doting mother taking her children to school. We classify a racist as a bad person, rather than a miseducated person, which consquently, perputates oppression. Many caucasian individuals avoid having conversations about race because they are fearful to offend someone, or be called racist; they fear being socially stained as a bad person - so they stay silent.

"White people desperately want to believe that only the lonely. isolated 'whites only' club members are racist. This is why the word racist offends 'nice white people' so deeply. It challenges their self-identifcation as good people. Sadly, most white people are more worried about being called racist than about whether or not their actions are in fact racist or harmful." - Austin Channing Brown.

In this episode, I share my personal experience with growing up in a town that was 96% white, and how I began to realize how much of a bubble I was in when I ventured off into the "real world". I discuss my experiences dating outside my race, ways I began to educate myself on white supremacy and how I learned that I could show up as an active ally for my brothers and sisters.

Ultimately, until all of humanity is free and treated equally, none of us are free. May we rise with our brothers and sisters of every culture, and begin to have consious dialogue that heals and awakens us from the illusion of separation and divison.

Dr. Masaru Emoto, the Japanese scientist who revolutionized the idea that our thoughts and intentions impact the physical realm, is one of the most important water researchers the world has known. For over 20 years until he passed away in 2014, he studied the scientific evidence of how the molecular structure in water transforms when it is exposed to human words, thoughts, sounds and intentions.

Dr. Emoto demonstrates how water exposed to loving, benevolent, and compassionate human intention results in aesthetically pleasing physical molecular formations in the water while water exposed to fearful and discordant human intentions results in disconnected, disfigured, and “unpleasant” physical molecular formations. He did this through Magnetic Resonance Analysis technology and high-speed photographs.

His research also showed us how polluted and toxic water, when exposed to to prayer and intention can be altered and restored to beautifully formed geometric crystals found in clean, healthy water.

The human body is made up of over 60% water, and the water in our bodies respond to our environment in the same way, which is why affirmations are so powerful. They are literally changing us on a molecular level!

This is how Mii Mantra was created. In this episode, I share a project that I began working on four years ago. Healing AQUAFLASKS based on the incredible water experiments done by Dr. Emoto. Our Mission? To heal and bring the world together through positive thought and intention. Greetings from Bali! I am currently abroad in Indonesia, and decided to sit down and record this episode documenting some of the nuggets of wisdom this trip has offered me. In this episode, I also speak about my personal healing journey of liberating myself, my expression, and my voice. How plant medicine has been a master teacher of mine, and the best way I have found to be of service to humanity: ultimately to love and invest in myself! The path to enlightenment is to lose your mind, and from that space, journey back to your heart. I pray this resonates with you, and that you are able to extract some wisdom from it. Infinite blessings!

My personal life experience informs me that the majority of people are good people. The majority of people feel good when they do good things for others, and feel bad when they do bad things to others. The majority of people have a moral conscience, a guiding North Star.

However, there exists a minority of people that make the decisions for the vast majority of us. It would not be wise for us to assume that the minority making the calls for the collective, think and operate in the way the majority do. In fact, I am compelled to believe in fact, that they don’t.

In this episode, we discuss a historic and noteworthy interview recorded in 2007 (15 years ago) between the late Aaron Russo and Alex Jones. Aaron Russo was American entertainment businessman, film producer and director, and politcal activist. In this interview Aaron Russo goes in depth on the insider-knowledge given to him by a member of the Rockefeller family. Russo was told-- prior to 9/11-- of plans to stage terror attacks, invade foreign nations, and kick-start a high-tech police state control grid that would track the populations’ every move with implantable RFID microchips.

Aaron explains how the elite created the women’s liberation movement to break up the family and tax working women. Russo breaks down the deception of democracy and much more. Russo was spotted to be a mover and shaker, and was approached and befriended by Nick Rockefeller, an American lawyer to be recruited to join the foreign relations council.

This episode is dedicated to the life of Aaron Russo. An admirable, courageous and brave soul who choose to walk the path of light. Who choose to consider the human family, over self interest, and risked his life to speak the truth so that we might wake up to what is really happening right before our eyes. Ignorance enslaves us, knowledge liberates us. May this episode be a beacon of light for you to liberate yourself!

Journal Entry of Thomas Petsinger. 6.30.1985. (Age 26) Written 18 days after nearly fatal plane crash. Tom’s 4th Near Death Experience:

“Why do righteous men suffer, if God is a God of Love & Mercy? It clearly teaches the sovereignty of God and the need for man to acknowledge such. Job and his friends essentially said this: All suffering is due to sin you see. And Elohim declared this sets us free. Purifying the righteous, God’s plan for me. Self righteousness gone, complete trust in thee.”

When I told my father I would be making a podcast, I asked him if he would be willing to share his story. He has had over 4 Near Death Experiences. He was initially pretty non-responsive and avoidant of my question, however, I am persistent. After spending the week together in Mexico, I was able to convince him to sit down and record this show.

In this episode, my father (for the first time publicly) shares the most excruciating and painful moments of his life. From being taking to prison, beaten, and raped for illegal parking in a corrupt town in Louisiana. Fom a nearly fatal plane crash after getting stuck in a microburst. To electrocution, motorcycle accidents, blood clots and kidney failure, he shares it all, and ultimately, what it taught him. Join us for a powerful, inspirational and miraculous story from the most warrior and survivor of a man I know.

I went out to dinner the other night with a friend. She shared about her experience dating men. While explaining, the term toxic masculinity was brought up. So I asked her, "What about toxic femininity?" She paused and said “I don’t even know what that is.” I responded “well, if we are going to talk about toxic traits that exist in men, we need to talk about toxic traits that exist in women.”

In this episode, GiGi Hammond and I sit down to talk about it!

Gigi is a professional hair stylist, makeup artist, and image consultant. Gigi has been in a monogamous partnership with her husband for 12 years, and shares a personal story of how she realized she was mistreating, sexualizing and emotionally abusing men. She vulnerably and openly explains how she discovered she was treating men exactly how she didn’t want to be treated. We discuss the feminist movement, pseudomasculinity, relationships, polyamory and monogamy and the importance of radical honesty and holding our sisters accountable when they aren’t behaving productively.

A few years ago I watched a documentary on Youtube called Operation Toussaint: Operation Underground Railroad & the Fight to End Child Trafficking.

The documentary really impacted me, so I decided to get involved and spread awareness. I started raising money for Operation Underground Railroad (ourrescue.org) a nonprofit organization that helps with rescuing and providing relief for children who have been sold into slavery.

During the time I was fundraising, I saw a post from Kaylee Dey, a woman who I had met at a photoshoot in Arizona. She had shared her story on Instagram about how she had a close encounter with a human trafficking. Suddenly all the statistics I had been reading about, about the prevalence of Human Trafficking, were solidified. I asked Kaylee if she would be willing to share her story on Neoteric Talks; she agreed. That was two years ago! The day has finally come to share her story with you all.

Kaylee is a Model, Entrepreneur and Mental Health Advocate. In this episode, Kaylee shares her story of what it was like for her being a single teenage mother. She shares how difficult it was to financially provide for her son, and how her desperation to pay rent and childcare expenses led her to having a close encounter with a human trafficker.

Kaylee’s authentic personality and optimism shines through as she shares her shocking story - a story that far too many were never lucky enough to tell. We also talk about ways to keep yourself safe if you are in the modeling industry, and red flags to look out for from photographers. Kaylee shares the dark side of the sex industry, and I share a personal testimony of how I contracted herpes from an ex-boyfriend, and how I was able to holistically cure myself from it.

Tune in for Part 1 of this riveting conversation with Kaylee Dey.

"You take the blue pill... the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill... you stay in Wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes" – Morpheus (The Matrix)

To turn a blind eye, is to reach our demise.

To turn a blind eye, is to a choose a path of darkness.

I used to think that If I ignored something, that I could avoid having to decide or take a stance on that issue or matter.

But then I realize the avoidance of making a decision, is still a decision in itself.

No answer

is an answer

and to be silent, is to be compliant.

When we ignore injustice happening, we accept it. We agree to it. We condone it.

When we ignore information, ignore coming from the latin word ignorare meaning to not know, we give our power away. We give our power away for other energies to decide outcomes for us.

That is why they say knowledge is power.

Welcome to the first episode of Neoteric Talks. A new show created with the intention to provoke critical thought and provide space for authentic human connection and conversation.

Join host, Hailey Taylor as she shares her own realizations of the importance of thinking critically and introspectively, and perhaps begin to question your own models of reality.

Questions to prompt yourself, your friends & family:

In what ways have I complied to something that was against my inner knowingness?

In what ways have I gone against my judgment or inner knowingness and given my power away?

Why have I complied? (Was it peer pressure, fear, fear of judgement, censorship, fear of rejection, lack of awareness, ignorance, lack of knowledge?)

Have I been actively informing myself or passively ignoring?
