Hello loves. In this 10th episode of Tea Time with Tori, I begin by opening up and getting human about why I've been MIA from this podcast for so long, sharing about my "cocoon phase" and how healing can get messy. From there, I talk through and offer you some of my ideas on how to discover, and rediscover, yourself through connecting with what brought you joy as a kid and asking yourself what your ideal, higher self is all about. Finally, I wrap up with a note about the quote "perfect image" vs. finding what's true to you.

We reflect together on what it is to have a healthy friendship or relationship, and how not all relationships have to last in order to have a lasting impact. Next, we dive into the topic of empowered decision making by working through three points: what an empowered decision ultimately is, how an empowered decision is one that's your own, and how an empowered decision reflects who you are becoming more than who you've been in the past!

Hello! In this sixth episode of Tea Time with Tori, I offer an empowering, guided meditation, reflecting on the following quote from Eleanor Brownn: "You cannot serve from an empty vessel." It is then that we can enact justice and make the difference we were set on this Earth to make.

Hello! In this first episode of Tea Time with Tori, I begin my introduction to you and give a little bit of background for what inspired me to pursue this Podcast.
