The Struggle Continues Podcast offers an outlet for listeners to both speak about racial inequality as well as informing them on current events going on in our nation. The Struggle Continues Podcast was created by Kyah Starks with the hopes of spreading awareness to those willing to listen.

Brian was a teacher of mine during middle school who made a huge impact on my life and was the first black male teacher I had. He is currently s teacher at David Cox elementary, inspiring young children to become greater than the stereotypes that define them. this past week I was able to have a discussion with the author of The Roots of Racism, Dr. James R. Samuel. Dr. Samuel’s book is a study of racism in America and it’s origins. It described the historical and cultural origins of racism, tracing them back to its roots. Dr. Samuel is an advocate for social issues and graduate of Livingston’s College, Duke University, and Drew University.
