This is a special conversation with my younger sister, Corinne! We talk about her life and go deep into the work she's done to redefine and return to herself. She shares so much perspective on self-acceptance, not making decision out of fear anymore, working through depression, developing confidence through getting out of her comfort zone and choosing and creating a better reality.
We hope this episode can help others!!

and just like that...2022 is almost over! time flies when you're hermiting. this episode is a little about where i've been this past year, but it's mostly just to say hi, i'm back and ready to get the ball rolling again. wee!
In this episode, I talk about how our internal worlds are FULL of information that we mold into narratives and stories- stories that manifest and create our realities.
I speak of how we misidentify ourselves with our minds and the importance of checking your stories, beliefs, labels and definitions and loosening your grip on them to create space for more information and new beliefs.
The book I reference is The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer
In this episode, I pick up where I left off by continuing the story I introduced in the previous episode.
I talk about rock-bottom moments when we might be required to make uncomfortable changes, how meditation can introduce you to yourself, everything that has taken part in the specific building of each and every one of us and the role, reason for and importance of understanding our subconscious minds.
I reference the book The Biology of Belief by Bruce H. Lipton Ph.D.
This is the start of a mini series on Individuality. I set the scene by sharing the moment(s) I realized I needed to go much deeper to find my answers. Everything starts somewhere. This series starts here!
Preacher Deb, reporting for duty!
That's a joke, don't worry. But in this episode I will be talking about a story of Jesus and my perspective towards it after years of evolution and re-evaluation of my faith. I talk about my interpretation of the symbolism of this story of freedom and how the concept applies whether you are a believer or not.
I am over the moon(!) for this first episode with my friend, Jamison Schwartz AKA @theboynxdoor. He speaks about his experience growing up in Bountiful, Utah, coming out as transgender and the importance of truly being ourselves and finding safe friends and community to support us along the way. We both speak about our experiences being raised in the LDS church and reminisce on sharing an important step in Jamison's gender transition together. Our conversation ends with a note of the magic in the Law of Attraction, making music and being a Human. Such a beautiful thing!
Thanks for listening! And always feel free to reach out if you or someone you know could use support in any form.
