I interviewed Tench, back in Dec 2021 when his business of flipping, was merely a side hustle. Flash forward to now, and he is already 5 months into running the business full time. Charlotte is finishing her PHD, whilst painting and working in the local book shop. She found her way into art whilst looking for a way to relax whilst working on her PHD, little did she think it would end up being part of her career.
