In this episode, I sit down with Cal Edwards, a man whose journey is nothing short of remarkable.

From a young age, Cal dreamed of playing in the NRL, but an injury changed his path. Instead of giving up, Cal found new passions and purpose. He left a full-time position in construction management to pursue breathwork while continuing to manage his all new construction company on the side.

Cal's story is one of resilience and transformation. Becoming a father at the age of 19, he faced numerous challenges, including battling his own demons with alcohol and gambling.

Despite these obstacles, Cal emerged stronger and more determined to make a positive impact.

Join us as Cal shares his inspiring journey, from his early days in rugby league to his current role as a breathwork facilitator for the non-profit charity Talk2mebro.

Discover how he balances his dual careers and the profound impact he's making by dedicating his time to helping others through breathwork.

This episode is a testament to the power of perseverance and following one's passion, no matter the obstacles.

Jae Nelson is the photographer and videographer for The Newcastle Knights.

Jae's passion for videography started when he used to film gigs for free for local bands around pubs in Newcastle. This led Jae to start his own business in videography called "Little Ruby" in 2015.

A little after starting his business the NRL club reached out to Jae to shoot some video content for the Knights. From the success of the video plus many more it eventually landed him a full time job working for his favourite club.
