I'm breaking down the 4 qualities you need to master in order to go from a people pleasing princess into a God empowered Queen. Starting with HONESTY!
As women who’ve had to grow up really fast, we feel guilty asking for things.
Especially to come off “ungrateful” to God when praying EVEN if we are struggling with very real things.
Like feeling lost in our career or life choices, choosing the wrong men for relationships, not being able to afford new things, etc. etc.
We actually feel bad asking for something because we should be content with what we have or go out and work harder!
But here’s the thing: God doesn’t want you to struggle and he also wants you to confide in him (be honest with him)!
In fact his standard for you is ROYALTY!! But because the world has made us feel less than or small. We don’t see ourselves the way God intended us to be seen.
We feel it’s disrespectful to want more, but he ACTUALLY WANTS YOU TO HAVE MORE THAN YOU CAN POSSIBLY IMAGINE!!
But he needs you to ask for it!
Out of his love for you, he’s given you free will.
So don’t choose struggle QUEEN!!
If you pray graciously but still feel scared to tell him how you really feel!
