The weight of regrets can be heavy, and they may linger in our minds, haunting us with "what ifs" and "should haves." Yet, it's through this discomfort that we have an opportunity to learn and grow.
The journey of doing better today than yesterday begins with self-awareness. Taking a moment to reflect on our actions, choices, and interactions can provide valuable insights. What did we do well yesterday? What areas can we improve upon? Self-reflection allows us to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Right intention, wrong execution is a common phenomenon many of us encounter throughout our lives. We set out to do what we believe is right, fair and just and, with the best of intentions, only to find ourselves stumbling or facing unexpected challenges and potentially finding ourselves causing harm to those we love. It's important to remember that our journey is not always smooth, and it's in these moments of misalignment that we have the opportunity to grow and learn.

In the midst of adversities, there is something to be grateful for. Appreciate, even the little things.
When you learn to love yourself a little bit more than before, a lot changes.
Fall in love with the process of loving yourself.

Too often we get caught on the present moment and the future so much that we don't take moments to reflect and look how far we've come.
Failure is not a measure of what you have not done in relation to what others have done.
Too often we get consumed with how 'bad' things are and we miss an opportunity to be grateful other things that are going good.
If you want to be great at something, perform at some extra-ordinary level, you going to have to make sacrifices.
Too often we get use to using unkind words to ourselves and those around us. We ought to learn to be kinder to ourselves, our friends and families, and everyone around us.
