I am Dennis Blake your host and author, two time Olympian and Olympic bronze medalist.
Diane is one of the most decorated female athletes at the Penn Relays and is the most Outstanding Female College Athlete in 1991 and ‘95. Diane won 12 Penn Relays championship watches. She won the college long jump and the heptathlon four times, each setting three Carnival records. Diane Bradley currently held the Caribbean record and broke Jackie Joyner Kersee’s NCAA championship long-standing Heptathlon record.

Savatheda Coke is a Bahamian Olympian ('96 & 2000) track & field sprinter. She is an Olympian gold medalist in the 4 x 100-meter relay. In 2018, she has being inducted into the MSU Athletic Hall of Fame. Coke is the only Spartan track and field athlete to win three national championships. At the 1997 World Championships, she won bronze in the 100m becoming the first Bahamian to win a medal in that event...
"During the 2000 Sydney Olympics, Coke led her 4 x100m relay team, dubbed ‘The Golden Girls’ to a gold medal victory. She also placed 6th in the 100m dash at the Sydney Games. At the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, Coke ran the 3rd leg of her team’s 4 X 100m relay race which placed second to earn a silver medal behind the USA."

Eddie Mason was a former American 8-year NFL LEGEND. The NFL football linebacker plays in the National Football League for the New York Jets, the Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Washington Redskins. He played college football at the University of North Carolina. He was drafted in the sixth round of the 1995 NFL Draft.
Upon retirement, God gave him the vision of MASE Training, and immediately developed training programs and workouts for numerous clients that are adults and student-athletes. Be sure to pick up a copy of his book titled, "Training for the Tough Game of Life"

He was a member of Jamaica’s 4 x 400-meter relay team that won a bronze medal at the 1999 IAAF World Outdoor Championships and a gold medal at the 1999 Pan American Games. He won the silver medal in the 400 meters at the 1999 World University Games in a personal record of 45.15 seconds. He was named NCAA Division II All-American two years in a row. He was inducted into the New York Tech Athletic Hall of Fame. Today we will unpack a little of his experiences in his own words. Welcome, Paston Coke!
