Ep 3 was such an inspiring ep with a woman who has dedicated her whole life to art, Ros, from Ros Gervay Creative. With her lifelong journey in the field of creativity, sheโs hands down one of the best teachers to learn art from. Whether you consider yourself a non-creative or a creative person, art is one of the best self-care methods that we inherently need in this fast-paced world.ย As for aspiring artists, Ros has advice for you: tame your inner critic, and as per Nikeโs slogan โjust do itโ. We had an absolute blast with the fabulous mumpreneur, Faye, from Mama Movement. Mama Movement is Fayeโs COVID baby after she quit her corporate job in 2020 not knowing what the year had in store for her (and for the rest of the world!). She captivated us with her story on how her passion project came about and the beautiful messages behind it. You have been loving on the fabulous females and their phenomenal stories in biz/mum life from Season 1 so we had no choice but to come back for a second season! Kaleido Kast 2021 was kickstarted with yet another incredible boss lady, Ellen from the beloved Aussie brand, The Somewhere Co. We have been patiently waiting to chat with Ellen since last year, and it was truly worth the wait! She had tonnes of insight to share, from her Devil Wears Prada experience in the corporate world to managing her own business amidst the pandemic. Ep 8 saw us sit down with Rachel Rimmer from design studio Hello Colour in Melbourne! Rachel is a mumma of 2 and an incredibly talented colour and design consultant specialising in creating clever colour concepts for interior and exterior spaces. We were so thrilled to welcome Lizalet from BrisKids Nutrition to the podcast this week. She is an incredible lady, amazing Mum and extremely knowledgeable and experienced paediatric dietitian. She has been an absolute god send for our family with her extensive knowledge, understanding and caring nature in caring for our sons chronic disease; I just knew she would be a perfect fit for the podcast to answer all of our questions from lunch box ideas to quick and easy family dinners, yes only one dinner โ not five, and some insight in to the very common world of allergies and intolerance that many of us are experiencing in recent times. Holey smokes I was so thrilled, and a little star struck, to sit down with the beautiful and brilliant Emily, the founder of Bravery Co.
