What if the quality of your day had less to do with micromanaging every minute and more to do with winning the hour you're living right now? We can become so focused on how many minutes we have, how many we've lost, or how quickly something needs to get done that we lose sight of the larger amount of time we actually have to work with.
In this continuation of the August Mission, Jimmy IV explores a different way of looking at time: win your hour, not your minute. Rather than measuring progress minute by minute, the conversation encourages us to zoom out, work with our time hour by hour, and allow ourselves the flexibility to adjust when something takes longer than expected or the direction of an hour changes. An hour doesn't have to begin when the clock strikes zero-zero—the opportunity to work with the next hour can begin whenever you decide to use it.
You don't have to conquer every minute to make meaningful use of your day. Sometimes changing the way you look at time is enough to change the way you move through it, because your next hour to win begins whenever you decide to claim it.

Now as a professional motivational speaker, Fletcher has shared his testimony of overcoming adversity, safe driving, importance of education, and faith base living with ESPN, College Game-Day, and to over 500 high schools, colleges, and business. Fletcher is also a world traveler obtaining the nickname “The Wheelchair Nomad”. He travels to many countries living life to the fullest while also bringing awareness to accessibility issues in the travel industry.
