Are you burnt out? On this episode I will review signs of burn out and talk about some ways to fix it.

What is Burnout?

Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands. As the stress continues, you begin to lose the interest and motivation that led you to take on a certain role in the first place.

Burnout reduces productivity and saps your energy, leaving you feeling increasingly helpless, hopeless, cynical, and resentful. Eventually, you may feel like you have nothing more to give.

The negative effects of burnout spill over into every area of life—including your home, work, and social life. Burnout can also cause long-term changes to your body that make you vulnerable to illnesses like colds and flu. Because of its many consequences, it’s important to deal with burnout right away.

Join my guest Layna, Kamara, Murff, King and I as we talk about cheating. This episode is special because my guests are complete strangers to me. I was added to a group called TRIBE on Facebook. They always have insightful conversations but I just so happen to be looking for a new topic and I saw Murff post a statement on a topic me and a few of my girls were just talking about so I had to throw out the invitation for him to come on the show as a guest to discuss. He agreed and then I said - you know what, let's get a panel going and here we are! Here is the post he posted:

“You treat a MAN good he ain’t going to see no other WOMAN but You!”

Cheating generally means that you are not fully satisfied with your current partner or you feel that something is missing in the relationship. It’s often said that men cheat just for more sex or more exciting sex and women cheat to fill an emotional void. So we pose the question - if you are completely in love and happy in your relationship (mentally, physically, financially and spiritually) - why would you still cheat?

This is raw footage from the Facebook Live streaming so now much editing was done.. Excuse me in advance. I hope you enjoy!

I was able to learn even more about her this year when I started an accountability group in Jan. We started with getting to know each other, vision boards then we met weekly to check in to see how we all did on our goals. During these weekly meetings I really got to see a side of Redd I never knew. The purpose of this is not to glorify the time spent but to spotlight how she’s overcome spending time and jail.
