Rachael shares about her journey of working with youth and mental health and discovering (a bit later in life) how great surfing is - better late than never yeah?! Rachael explains how she quickly discovered the therapeutic nature of surfing and found a niche space where her passion for surfing can help young people address issues in mental health difficulties, rural isolation, family problems, disability or traumatic experiences. Definitely one to listen to!
