It has been an eventful few months! Arleigh has started her first season of indoor soccer. And had her first full court basketball game. She loves to sing and did an awesome job in the choir at Christmas Eve mass. We enjoyed the gift of time from grandma Leslie in November and December. Foot loose at Chanhassen dinner theater. Amazing! And then visited Santa’s workshop that included lamas and reindeer - also amazing!! She has enjoyed Christmas break that has been extended due to 20 inches of snow!
My favorite part of the museum was the huge library that had pictures of Dr. Seuss. My stuffed animal character that grandma got me was cat in the hat.
We took a trip to New York over the 4th of July. We had a fun filled trip of Coney Island hot dog eating contest, went on my first pier, broadway show - Aladdin, Statue of Liberty, 911 memorial, fireworks over the east river, Brooklyn bridge, chi-town, little Italy, horse carriage ride through Central Park, yankee stadium, Rucker park, and lots of yummy New York pizza! I also went to Massachusetts to see the doctor suess museum. Thanks to the best gift from grandma Leslie!
Celebrated Easter at our house. Had an Easter egg hunt, started a new club soccer team, did three man weave tonight, and grandma and Tom spent the weekend with us.
Hannah sent a special post card all the way from Chicago. She is coming home again soon. And we can’t wait to spend some time with her!
We went to chamberlain for our family reunion, SMITHSTOCK. It was so much fun swimming and playing with my cousins.
