Dearest Hive friends
I'm sharing this video in the Electroculture Community as, though it is not purely about Electroculture, it talks to energy and vital force at the centre of our relationship with Gaia Sophia via gardening..,.. I speak also to healing and health.
The video is quite long.... almost 30 mins, and it might take forever to upload: I am between technologies, shall we say! This makes it a wee bit challenging to share via video - I felt called to share this way though, and to transmit an overview of the whole garden: I begin at the bottom and walk upwards - starting with the wilder part of the garden.
As I mention in the video, I find it quite difficult to translate the work and magic that I'm doing in the gardens: I can show you how big the plants are, and how healthy the soil is, but I am not measuring or charting any aspect, and I don't follow techniques or systems. I just practise by being in the garden fully - all my attention and energy profoundly rooted and present.
This allows me to consciously tweak rather than wrestling with Nature! And it allows me to hear plants and trees, soil and elements when they call to me - I'm slowed down sufficiently to feel the language of Gaia Sophia holistically, and to respond accordingly - through living spontaneous action in Right relationship with all things around me.

Dear Garden Lovers!
Here is my early October update from this glorious tiered mess of a garden in the medieval quarter of Guardia Sanframondi, BN, Italy...
The window of opportunity to work without being eaten alive by insects is kiiinnnnddd of opening up, but not much! This week after the rain and with the beautiful coolness, things seem perfect for mosquitoes all over again. Oopah - I'm giving them their space.
Again, I am struggling with tech, and it took multiple tries on different devices, to get this to properly upload... Very nice that it finally moved forward for me! Please support my work, as times are very stretching on resources for artists!
The garden is a joy right now: I'm exploring all kinds of ways of cooking and storing pumpkins, the bigger pumpkins are still growing and expanding, the leaves are prolific (after a long dry spell this summer, when many of them gave up altogether) and it is glorious to have so many fresh greens on the table, herbs are spreading into more bush-sized forms, flowers are peeping out of old suitcases, and some trees which had been overwhelmed by creeping plants are now flourishing with limbs happily waving in the autumn breexes.
It is the most beautiful time of the year. So looking forward to more harvesting, and to beginning the wood-chopping! It has been most prohibitive due to insect life for at least 6 months.... cannot wait to start sawing.

Beautiful sewing creators
Here is the short film that I promised, around the healing doll #wip #workinprogress for the Needleworkmonday community.
I wanted to share it in 3D a little, and am talking about the process of intuitive creation - rather than planning and doing in steps. I love how a character and even the life-full-ness of a figure like this can come to the surface, through working without pre-conception, as it were.
It's a powerful inner journey too, using the figure as metaphor for Self, for human body, for 'personality' or archetype: she also has this feeling of being a unique, indipendent character, who wants to tell a story if I allow her to come to life.
A good friend sent me a snapshot of his partner's painted animations - 2D figures, painted and animated for children. I loved this, and it affirmed that I have been feeling this sense of expansion - of my 2D figurative paintings wanting to come to life, of my written and spoken word wanting to come into singing and songs - of everything becoming more multidimensional and living, rather than abstract and dead....
This is a potent process, as many of us are delving into, all around the world, as we recognise how the nature of reality has been manipulated to keep us in stagnant submission: the waking process is flowing through every are of life just now!

Beautiful Natural Medicine and Whole Health Enthusiasts!
This is the second in my Sovereignty series, on The Art Of Life podcast; it talk to Birth, and how true Sovereignty (including health sovereignty) comes from birth.
I'm unravelling the discourse around 'birthright', and how our true Right Birth would prevent our being traumatised horrifically, and unable to navigate healthily in the world.
I speak also to what is often missed completely from contemporary discourses around Rights, Sovereignty, health, freedom, liberating ourselves from the system and suchlike - our release of birth trauma in the full, panoramic context of what was stolen from us in our medicalised, hospitalised, registered and surveilled, intruded-upon and interfered-with 'birth'.
Real, natural, Birth is supposed to be a sacred, effortless, expansive transition out of inside our mother's living spirit-full being, and into the world. It is supposed to prepare us for the 3D reality of separation, and all the intensity of feeling which that brings.
Our commodified 'birth' 'process' is more a profound violation of soul, which separates us from our body through trauma, and then leaves us ripe for all the following restrictions, diminishment and - ultimately - our enslavement.

This is SUCH an intense time of the year: working each moment of the day, at a leisurely pace, of course, interspersed with naps and aperitivos, always - to keep all kinds of life alive in the sweltering heat of summer.
I also have a load of seeds in pots, which I'm very excited to share about, when they come up. The wilder parts of the garden are partly impenetrable, but I pop down even there with a large pair of shears, occasionally :-D And I launch water from the hose, off of the last wall, to reach at least a couple of the more vulnerable small trees there....
MUCH more to share - watch this space for a kitten post, soon - they just started moving about more dynamically :-D

Here is a short video on one half of the top terrace of this big garden I'm working on in Guardia Sanframondi, Italy.
There is so much happening in the garden right now!! It's very immersive and consuming! So here is just a snapshot of one section, so I can get my head around it... I'll share more, one section at a time...
The whole garden is very productive right now; the figs are almost ripe, the grapes are filling out, seeds are sprouting and leaves and seeds... It is glorious.
I'm still cropping looooaaads of mulberries, and am putting in a variety of new seeds... This video shows the beautiful pumpkins and other things I've cultivated from seed.

Hi beautiful gardening souls!
Here is a short, hi-res video, spontaneously done this morning - on my wee raised bed in the street below my medieval quarter home in Italy. I claimed this space from a pile of detritis that was there when I first occupied the house, as I explain in the video.
It is exciting to see it coming back, filling up again, after my neighbour poisoned it a year ago!
Nature is amazingly resilient, and I also love how Nature supports our celebration of biodiversity and spontaneous plantings/ self-seedings...
Here I show the myriad trees, bushes, herbs and flowers that are flourishing in this tiny space; I regularly pop down into the street to harvest a wee handful of something to brighten or flavour or enliven a dish. I love using flowers or petals, rocket or parsley in large bunches, a handful of broadbeans (fave), improvised into my dinner - or roses pulled for the bath. A divine symbiosis of feeling called to go and get whichever additional dimension that my food calls for (and Nature responds with Gifts of!).

I'm very excited to show you this video of my progress on the gardens
- it has taken me a while to get focussed on documenting it, as there is
just so much going on, and it feels hard to show it effectively through a lens,
when I'm so deeply energetically and sensorially immersed in it!!**
Here is a wee snapshot though, walking down the steep marble steps,
below our beautiful Via Dietro Gli Orti in Guardia Sanframondi, BN, Italia.
Today I was sweating quite profusely, cutting back some very strong ivy,
which was more tree-like than ivy-like - and clearing a wee terrace that
gives such a glorious shape to the garden terraces: from above and the
street, you can see right through now - and I can even see from up on my
balcony at the other end of the Via - a nice neat and clear view through,
instead of impenitrable bushiness and jungle all around! Deeply satisfying
- if rather dusty and runny-nose-aggravating!
