Marilyn Rosetta Weekes was born on the island of St. Kitts where she remained for the next four years before joining her mom on St. Croix Virgin Islands where she grew up and attended school. After which she became a mother of five and a grandmother of six beautiful grandchildren. So, writing for children came easy for her.
Marilyn is the author of the book Izzy’S Big Adventure. The book is about a timid little kitten who proved that size doesn't matter as long as you are brave and believe in yourself.
