A podcast which pairs two very familiar voices, together… again. Jenny Kelly and Mairéad Ronan worked alongside each other for many years on the radio before life took them in different directions. But their infectious friendship continued off-mic since and now they’re back and ready to bring podcast audiences in on the craic.
The show is a unique insight into their fun, unfiltered and unscripted musings on life as they find it now. What does that mean? Well, you won’t be sure what you’ll get but you’ll know it’s from the heart, filled with laughs and honest in a way only a podcast can allow. Welcome to the first of our bonus episodes to read along with our new book 'What we know NOW'.
The first Chapter is on Friendship. We start with one of Mairead's quotes on what a good friendship should feel like and move on to the difficulty of making friends as you get older. We talk about the time in our lives when our friendship broke down and the intensity of female friendships. We talk about 'Frenemies' and the difficulty of breaking up with a friend, there are hints and tips on what to do. And we explore the idea that being open and vulnerable are super powers and the real way forward to finding connection with people. We also read out emails from listeners on their own friendship stories.

What a night we had at our Book Launch at The Townhouse at Arnott's! We felt like we were in a podcast hug of love.
