Faced With Violence: Recent Episodes

The goal of this podcast is to show the many faces of violence and give insight on the responsibility a good citizen has to BE MORE DANGEROUS. Individuals who are participating in gangs the use violence or once did, current and former police officers, military members who have experienced wartime violence and professors/experts in the field.
Episode 3 is a solo episode. In this episode I do my best to break down the different drivers and levels of violence as I have seen them so far in my experience.

Episode 2 features Brandon Hearne from Gary, Indiana. We discuss the evolution and changes in Gary, Indiana over the year. This leads to discussions of redlining, policy that leads to violence and sundown towns. This episode features a cultural perspective on how policy can lead to violence emerging in a thriving city.
