And it’s a doozie — Kota and Ben launch into the NBA with a fully aggregated Pre-Season Rankings as the Nuggies look to defend their NBA Title. Yup. That’s right. It’s the FIRST live guest appearance in TFQP history - esteemed NBA Analyst and long time friend of the pod, Daniel Nelson. After filling their bellies with high quality ‘Za and ‘Da, the three fellas sit down to answer some pressing NBA queries in a new game called, “This, That or IDK.” After agreeing more than they should, Ben + Kota + Daniel jump into an incredibly challenging redraft of the 2011 NBA Draft’s Top Four Picks. Yup, not so easy - tune in to see who got it right!
Originally recorded on May 7th, this episode carried most of the meat of the material for the day as Ben and Kota…finally disagreed. Crafted to create contempt and critique, a new segment, “Nah…Fat Chance…You can’t be Serious?”, forced the TFQP Bros to branch outside their bromance and explore alternative views on hot button sports issues. Don’t worry…they still agree with each other.
