Do you often struggle with hearing today's music? What type of music do you allow your children to listen to? We often struggle with what to listen to when it comes to music. Our heart loves what we were brought up listening to growing up r&b, blues, jazz, and the emergence of hip-hop. But as we mature and our ear turns or does it? Is your soul being fed by what you hear? Can lyrics drive your behavior and attitude? Can Christians listen to music outside of hymns, gospel, etc?

Church Folks sits down with an ALL-FATHERS panel to discuss everything about fatherhood. Today, the biblical definition of fatherhood is under attack by the far left who do not see the relevance of the traditional role of the father in the home and society. God is calling fathers to turn their hearts to their children and the hearts of the children turn to the hearts of the fathers.  The purpose of this podcast is to talk with fathers to share their experiences being a father and how their fathers play an instrumental role in how it affects their parenting skills etc.

Hello and Welcome to Church Folks Be Talking (CFBT)! This is the inaugural podcast that was originally streamed via IG- have mercy on us.

As an inter-cultural married couple of 13, my husband is Jamaican and I am African-American, we discuss our lives together and those ups and downs. What makes it even more interesting is that we are a pastoral family. Pedro is a pastor and I am his wife. So our perspectives are slightly different because we have only been in this role for 8 years. So, we bring a lot of world views (the wife) and sprinkle it throughout with Scripture and Faith-Based Principles (the husband). Together we come and tell our story and give our take on how to create a successful marriage.

Trust we talk about the Ups and ALL OF OUR DOWNS, but through it all we have LOVE, Happiness, and 2 lovely daughters.
