*After ten years of missing information I believe they have finally explained their time frames and processes for transition.
Yes Zetas said in 2012 that they understood ten cycles, we see now they were doing a comparable ratio in regards to humans frequency (this is why they seem to move so fast in craft)
But the other two numbers were never understood. (correctly)
16 is based on moving from one container to the new container (as they must hold themselves in that level of vibration.*
