And it all seems to be somehow connected to an underworld drug heist of cocaine worth millions. A married woman, Lisa Flowers (Catherine Bell, “JAG”, “The Good Witch”), that Tony is in love with, asks for his help finding her missing sister Destiny, in the most dangerous neighborhood in New York City.
