I believe that Pilgrimages are an ingrained part of our DNA, and that these journeys are important to do in order to integrate and forgive our history, receive the gifts that our past has to offer us, release patterns and write a new story or freedom, love and abundance, together.

Back in 2015 in Tel Aviv, I ran my first ever Women's Circle. I was a yoga and meditation teacher, and felt the calling, even though I didn't even know what it was! I searched on Google "How to Run a Women's Circle", and bravely ran this circle, not knowing that these circles would absolutely change my life, and that I would be hosting womens circles for 7 more years (and counting!).
In this episode I talk about my journey into Sisterhood starting with women's circles, and leading to retreats, co-creations, and really, the healing of the Sacred Feminine.
We all come with wounds from the childhood, ancestry and our past lives, and now is the time for the generational healing to take place. It's happening with the support and alchemy of sisterhood.

Welcome to Episode 11: Breathwork, Altered States and Soul Purpose
In this show I discuss the origin of breathwork in ancient culture and religion, and it's modern re-emergence in the 1960's with Rebirthing founded by Leonard Orr and Holotropic Breathwork founded by Stan and Christine Grof.
Leonard Orr is said to have learned advanced ancient Yogic techniques from Sri Mahavatar Babaji. Babaji was a teacher of Yogananda as written in the Autobiography of a Yogi, and was channeled by Kaia Ra in the Sophia Code.
I also share my experience of breathwork in Mexico with a master teacher, and my own solo breathwork that I do at home with the help of videos by the awesome Youtube Channel Breathe with Sandy.
My experience with breathwork continues to lead me to altered states where I experience channelling of my higher self and spirit guides, as well as profound insights about my traumas, healing, deeper parts of myself and my soul purpose.

Meditation is a key part of the change and healing of this generation, to be the ancestors that changed the narrative and our society's collective addiction to suffering.
In this episode I share a bit about the history of meditation and where it comes from, the practices that we can use to enter into a meditative state, and what it means to be in a meditative state. Trust the Yoga is a slogan that came to life in one of my 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings in Tel Aviv, Israel. It summarizes for me my relationship with yoga, what yoga has helped me achieve in my life, and how the future is bright due to my relationship with yoga.
Yoga has been a guiding light for me in living a life that breaks "normal" society standards, and find my success in it. It has also been a safe haven for me as I face the challenges of growth without having clear guidance from elders.
I love being a guide for yoga practice. Asana for me is a moving meditation where we have the chance to embody principles and ground these time-tested philosophies into our everyday life.
