Just me this week, going over some of the addictions we all struggle with and the methods I have found useful to mitigate them and to improve yourself for the long run. It is important to make sure your immediate life is going well in order to be an effective Übermensch.Short episode this week as I have been busy with work and most recently Thanksgiving with the family being in town, but just wanted to get something out for you guys. No intro or outro music either as I need to get the soundtrack down to a better level and get it ready to import into my software so its more reliable for me. Im no master producer but getting better and always wanting to learn more!

The premier episode. My first attempt at an interview.
Today we have a good friend of mine, Tone Check, on to discuss the mindset, how we arrived to it, and the nuances behind the thought process.
Had to edit this episode a but we have the rough draft of the intro/outro music in this one. I don't want to get a copyright strike or anything from using non original music so Tone Check and I, well mostly him (he actually knows his way around the computer in that regard) put this together while I had some input. I think it still needs a bit of polish but it's close to what I had in mind. Thanks Tone Check.
Still raw and uncut for the most part, as I would like it to stay for the sake of originality, not going to have a million dollar production here. I like the raw feel anyway, adds character.
