We have the ability to worry our life away. It gives us this false sense of control over our life. Jesus promises us in Matthew 6 that God will guide us, equip us and will give us what we need today. There is no need to worry about tomorrow.

I really like taking a look at moments in Jesus's life where we really get to see his humility. Jesus walked his life with betrayal just like we do and he felt great sadness because of it. Here he was sacrificing his entire life and asking very little of others, but they didn't always show up for him.
