How do you change the vibration, mood, and feeling you're in when you're low, and when something gets you right in your heart when an old story keeps repeating in your brain? How do you turn it off?

Do you find the quiet? The stillness, listening to your heartbeat?

Finding the quiet in between the breath of going in and going out for some people that's serenity. But what if the quiet only makes the music and the noise louder in your mind?

What if the silence only makes your heart beat faster? And instead of feeling less anxious, you actually feel more than what you do? What if you could think of something spectacular in your past. Would that change your vibration? It would for a time, but could it last? Could it be something that you go to whenever you're feeling stressed? What if you could listen to something that could change the beat of your body, a sound, a song, a tapping of your foot that would allow you to engage with the music.

What if you could do that? And allow the thoughts to come pouring into your mind and acknowledge each one as they come in. And tell them to thank you. Let's try it. I'm going to turn up the sound, and I want you to let all those thoughts come into your mind for the next couple of seconds. And then dismiss them.

What was it like to allow all those random thoughts to come into your mind and then let them go? If that approach serves you better, why not do that? Your approach to releasing anxiety intention in your body may be completely different from someone else's. Explore what works for you. Change your vibration.

Find yourself a chair or stand outside with the sun on your body. Close your eyes. Allow the sun to shine upon your face, your body, your shoulders, and allow the rays of the sun to sort of wash upon you.

Turn your mind inward. Allow your breath to become slow. Increasing your breath so that your stomach blows up, releasing in the air. Now focus on that breath, coming into your chest and releasing that as well.

Feel the expansion of your heart with every breath you take into your chest.

Let that light flow from your chest outward, your chest, your hips, your knees, your feet, and feel the light and the energy sparkle and light your body.

Filling the light lifts up your shoulders, neck, and throat. Activating your voice, your inner voice, your mouth, your lips and nose, your eyes. Activating your third eye, connection to your soul's voice, the top of your head, crown, and back of your head. God had lifted it all with light, with the heat and the warmth from the sun blanketing you.

And in this space, you feel this connection go further inward to you, to what lights you up, what lights up your passion.

And do you find that that's something that you gravitate to over and over again? It's what excites you. What's what makes your heart beat just a little bit faster?

That excitement increases in spirit. What intrigues you is calling to that energy, allowing it to light up your whole body and know that your soul is excited by this information because it is something you're here to learn, share, and explore. And just acknowledging it as yours, your gift to explore your gift, to share your gift to know.

Feeling reconnected to that energy, that spirit, that passion.

Take one more breath into this space as you reconnect to yourself. Start to wiggle your toes and your fingers and open your eyes and know that that ability to reconnect to your purpose, your light, your wisdom is always a breath away.

Be in the space that brings comfort to you,

whether you’re standing or whether you're sitting,

if you're standing, spread your feet out, and create a wide stance, spread your fingers out

And if you're sitting, sit back in your chair and be supported by the strength of the chair, spread your toes, lift them up and place them down.

Feel your heel in the ground, travel up to your ankle and feel supported by your feet.

Travel up your feet into your shoes and your knees. Feel the bones secure your body and stabilize you. Travels your thighs and your hips.

Travel up your spine to your lower back to mid back to shoulders. Allow your shoulder blades to sink down into your back and create space between your neck and your shoulders.

Allow your neck to rise. Others there is a string pulling your head up up to elongate your back.

But in a relaxing place, allow your arms to relax and your hands to lay upon your lap. And if you're standing, allow your hands to lay next to your body, stand in this powerful position.

Feel the energy surrounding your body. Let your body move with the rhythm of your heartbeat.

Let's take a journey. Picture a beach that's empty. With the sun rising in the morning with a beautiful cast that it's raised upon the ocean and the distance and the serenity of the waves washing upon the shore and the rhythm that they create.

And you see a bird effortlessly flying, dipping into the ocean and out, waving its wings in the wind, floating upon the air.

Having no weight or whatsoever, just simply being in the moment of flying. And you imagine what it might be like to fly, to be weightless, to float down the stream of the air, to have no wait. No cares. No worries. No despair, simply being in the elements of nature and being there and allowing yourself to fully immerse yourself. And the feeling of everything, nothing at all.

You are the wind. You are the air. You are the waves, a crash longshore, and you can feel it within your body, the movement, the serenity. A piece of that it brings. You feel at one with the rhythm of the universe and you sigh… Ahhhhh….and release any undue stress in your body. And you sigh… Ahhhhh…. and you release any judgment you hold for yourself and you sigh.. ahhhhhh…And you release any expectations that you hold for yourself and those that you love and you breathe in…. The beauty of who you are in this moment and you breathe in everything that you are, and you can be, and you invite everyone and everything into your life that has a positive intention for the life that you want to create and the life that you want to live.

And you know that you can create this moment whenever you desire.

This abundance, this love for yourself. For who you are and relish and the authenticity of who you are, and relish and all the moments that you create going forward.

And you start to wiggle your toes and your feet, and your fingers, and your arms, you flow your eyes open and you smile. You spread your lips into a smile and know that the creation of abundance lies within you.

I'd like to invite you into a space where we will allow our hearts to expand and connect with our third eye and the connection to our crown chakra. To create greater unity to the universe and everything we'd like to attract to ourselves and create a space of expansion for ourselves. The root of all starts with expanding our hearts and our love for who we are. I want to invite you into this space by creating soft eyes, and if you feel the need to close your eyes, close your eyes. And be in a space that's supported and comfortable for you.

Think about creating a connection that allows you to expand what you want to attract in your life. Think of a moment when you were grateful and recognize all the people that were with you at that moment. Whose eyes did you see? Remember the energy that you felt. Remember the energy that you experience by being in that situation.

Think of a sound that speaks to you that whenever you hear, it brings calmness and oneness to who you are. Think of a place that always makes you feel at home, a taste that makes you feel contented when you have it in your mouth. Think of a time when you felt completely loved. How it port through your heart as you received it and made you feel completely whole. Think of all of those things. Fill your heart up with all the gratitude and love that you have for all the memories and experiences in your life that filled you up.

As you breathe in air through your mouth, the coolness of it go down your throat and expand your lungs and your stomach. And the backs of your lungs so that you can feel them compress against the chair you're sitting on or the bedroom laying on, feel them fill up with hope, aspiration, and faith.

Breathe out. Inconsequential thoughts, lack of trust, judgment, worry, anxiety. Let it pour out of your lips. With each breath in, expand your lungs larger so that it holds twice the capacity of what had had before. You can fill and expand to create the abundance you want to manifest in your life. The love that you want to reap, the love that you want to exchange for another by deed and decree. Let it be the essence of the breath you carry in your body.

Feel that line from your heart. Move up into your mouth and your nose and your third eye string that connects your heart to your third eye and what you can see forward for yourself. See yourself attracting and embodying the love that you feel for yourself. Hold that love for yourself in the center of your chest and bring it up to your third eye and let it radiate and pinks and purples. But those colors surround you, hold you, nurture you, and let them support you.

Creating that space between your heart and your third eye, bring it all the way up into your crown chakra and that the light, the purple and the pinks, the use of love, extend out over your crown chakra and rain down upon your shoulders, your arms, your chest, your hips, your legs, your feet. Know that the love is coming from you.

The appreciation and acknowledgment of your value. Appreciating and acknowledging your being. Love has to start with how you see yourself in the world. Being a receiver of love and compassion as much as you are a radiator of giving it out. Allow it to be breathed into your lungs. Bring into your body a sense of worth, breathe in, breathe in a sense of value.

Take one more breath, and know that this place of love and abundance, and caring is one that you can return to. To remind yourself that it all starts with you.

Flutter your eyes open and feel renewed and connected.

Find a place that holds comfort for you. And sit with your feet upon the floor.

Spread your toes wide and feel the floor beneath your toes.

Anchor your heel to the ground and bring the strength from the floor into your body, and know that you are supported.

Bring that relaxing space into your next breath.

Let go of the tension in your ankles and your calves and your knees and your hips and your lower back.

Let go of the tension in your stomach and in your diaphragm, in your stomach and in your heart center.

Allow your shoulders to roll away from your ears. Allow your arms to relax and your elbows to relax.

Allow your hands to turn up on your legs and let your palms be in a place to receive what the universe can provide to you at this moment.

Take the next couple of moments while the music is playing to set your attention and what you do like to let go of during this meditation.

The ideas that come to your mind that want to be let go have them wash across your mind

as though there are pieces in a puzzle that are being destroyed.

Let the connections of those pieces fall away from each other as though they have no business being connected. And set an intention that they no longer serve you.

If they can be released, you can allow them to drift free into the universe.

Because at this moment, they are holding you in a stuck place.

Thank them because at one point in your life, they served to allow you to be an exit and do and be productive.

But at this point in your life, they are no longer serving and are holding you back from your next adventure.

Breathe compassion into those pieces of you that you are releasing, and thank them for showing and allowing you to learn the lessons that were learned.

Release them and know they will come in their place and support you in giving you more insight and intuition.

Holding on to old patterns does not create tranquility or freedom

it creates a stuck place for you no longer to prosper in gain insight and wisdom.

Release these things now to the universe.

Take a deep breath, and blow it out quickly.

Let's do it again.

And release those stuck points to the universe and allow for new uncharted quarters that will allow you to gain new insights and new wisdom for the productivity and the creativity that you want to create.

And allow room for growth, prosperity, love, and compassion.

Have compassion for yourself at this moment.

As you welcome a new pattern, a new idea, a new way of looking at something.

For it is with courage that we take steps into the new and allow the old to drift away.

See Yourself

Take notice; look for things in your world.

They give you the hope of what you're seeking.

Look around you and be supported by what the universe is giving you.

When you put out your ideas through your heart, when you seek with love and compassion for yourself, what you get back is love and compassion. When you start to begin to notice all those things coming towards you with abundance in grace and love. Realize it's because your vibration is high for yourself.

Stepping out of all those things that could have been, all those things that should have been, all the blame people use to excuse why their life was as it was.

The lessons that we learn along the way create the path and the journey that we are on right now. That journey is a choice for us to be able to make the most positive impact in our lives as we desire.

But know that the road ahead will be paved with doubt and fear if you let it support yourself with the ideas that you have in your mind and in your heart with people who support your ideas, who see you, and who see past what you see. Turn the world around and see it through their eyes; see yourself through their eyes and live in possibility.

Discover Your Inner Value

So this is a meditation for me to discover value, intrinsic value for myself. And I'm going to be asking for guidance from White Buffalo Calf Woman to guide me and other spirit guides that are out there that support me, to guide me into an understanding and knowing of what my value is outside of money.

So in this space, you take a deep breath and see that breath low as though you could feel your diaphragm getting low, and blow that air out. And there's a breath that's called the ujjayi breath. That's common in yoga. It's a noisy kind of breathing when you bend your neck toward, and you're really using your throat chakra, and you're sort of using the energy from your throat. So you bend your neck forward and you make a noisy breath. You take a breath in and out with your throat lock and then an out, bending your throat and making it noisy.

And I'm asking for guidance and support and seeking worth within myself, beyond which is the support of knowing that I am worth more than the monetary value of what I make or what anyone makes with dollars and coins.

And I breathe in deeply, and the breath washes over me.

And over you, take a breath in and breathe it out, and come to a clear understanding. God brought guided by brave White Buffalo Calf Woman. The value does not come from what we earn on the outside of what we do yet; it is for and by the inside of our intrinsic values.

To create abundance in one's life is not to hold on to the monetary value of who we are, by what we can collect, but the understanding that our worth as a soul in a human. That our human, our soul has worth onto itself, that life and blood flow and being alive has value that is priceless beyond measure that dollar and coin can not provide.

The creativity, ingenuity, charisma, balance, and the spark of your heartbeat is the energy that transcends all money and coin. For money in coin, Buffalo calf woman says, “ it can not replace any of them; something that cannot be replaced is more valuable than the thing that you can replace with money and coin”.

Now that meditation speaks to me, it makes sense that the value of who we are, what makes our blood run, and our heartbeat is greater than the value of money.

And to understand the worth that I hold means that I have to appreciate life and that life is priceless.

Within Each Of Us

It seems as though when we are feeling lost, we look outside of ourselves to find validation for who we are and how to put things back together in a way that makes sense.

We look to do more, get more, and even understand more by taking in knowledge that other people speak.

Why don't we look inside? Why don't we look to ground ourselves more in who we are and what we believe? Why don't we look within more and know that what we find is perfect?

Maybe it's this idea of believing that all of what we are is truly enough and that the information that we gather from the outside is a muse for us to heighten our own knowledge, our own wisdom to reawaken what we already know.

The truth is the more we begin to understand that we contain the information that we need, the more we begin to love ourselves in a way that is pure as light and air. Processing information that we have in our minds with people who are like-minded as ourselves allows us to multiply our vibration to even higher places and allows us to see.

The unbelievable heights that we can reach when we surround ourselves with people who are the same in their belief systems.

Coming together in a space where everyone can share their views to take your views to the next level then allows you to grow in a way that contains no judgment but it contains support. Seek that out in the life that you live the support to gather information from within yourself to expand onto what you know, by trying out these ideas with people who can support you, and being present to the thought that the expansion that you seek is only you and your only obstacle again is you and when I think of this, I smile for I know it is true that I create my obstacle. And if I would allow myself to function and breathe and be in this space where I believe everything I see and think is true, fear would not be an equation that I even enter into my mind. Fear is the place that stops us. Look at fear as a place to go and learn and stop turning away from the thing that's keeping you in one spot.

A Space To Discover Your Gift

Waiting for time to show you the answer. Waiting to discover who you are. It's all inside. It's all within you. Look, and it will be there. Don’t look beyond who you are. Don't wait for people to show you. Look inside of what you love and what is real to you. And there, the answer will bloom.

When you're looking for someone else's gratification, you're not listening to the voice that's inside of you.

And that truth is not your truth. That truth is their truth. Find yours within you. Listen to that little voice, make it big in your mind, make it the most important voice you'll ever hear. Make decisions based on that voice. And if you cannot find your voice, when you close your eyes, there's nothing there.

Look to someone who has your truth in their eye. Look to someone who can mentor you to discover yours within you because the answer is there. It's inside. Sometimes, you just have to step into the fear of who you are and embrace it.

Embrace that voice, discover that voice, and find a path that leads you to discover yours.
