Was able to catch up with Tanner Murri and have some great conversation about our mental health journeys. We touch on the goal and reason of this podcast, share some stories from when we used to work together and he asks me some questions. Tanner is one of the most creative minds I know and sure appreciates the creative field. He is an incredible writer and has recently been posting about  some key lessons learned through therapy on his instagram that are wonderfully articulated.

Go check Joe's podcast that is all about cycling https://open.spotify.com/show/5IQm0dYEC1p37ayyrEBuKO?si=2d88d5b162a34cd7

This week I was able to sit down with Joe Draper.

As we are both cyclists we go into bikes and the cycling community/culture and geek about it for a minute.

Get an update into his life, recently graduated and engaged, and get a look into the Maybird cycling team which he helps manage and if you want more content into the cycling world ill link his podcast in the show notes that focuses all on cycling.

We talk about the pros and cons of role models and why we should be a little warry of putting anyone on a pedestal.

We discuss the importance of having a constant pursuit and how it is crucial for our mental health.

I have Joe go deeper into the importance of being dedicated to objectivity and introspection which I found to be my favorite part of this episode.
