So get ready to come on a journey with me and enjoy!
In this week’s episode, I chat with Niall Ó Murchú, a breathwork teacher, author and a certified level 3 Wim Hoff instructor. Niall is well known for breathwork and ice baths and is here to share with us today all elements of his work.
Niall shares with us his own difficult relationship with the breath both at birth and with a personal history of asthma. He opens up our understanding of why it is important to have awareness of our breathing and the improvements we can experience by taking the time out to slow down. We also explore ways that resistance to breathing can signify a subconscious resistance to change.
Key takeaways:
Niall’s passion to bring awareness of breathwork to all ages is inspiring. His practices for children and teenagers and adults ensure that the breath is put at the forefront of our thinking at all stages of our life and his approach surely will make a profound difference.
About Niall:

A former international athlete, today Níall teaches people all over the world how to use breathing, nature and the mind as forces for good in our lives. In this week’s episode, I chat with Emily Quinton who is a dear friend of mine and I am so honoured to talk with her and share her wisdom with you all.
As a Mum to four neurodivergent children Emily has created herself a powerful set of daily rituals that ensure she has the energy and grounding to cope with both the knowns and unknowns of her life. Emily shares with us her daily rituals where she creates space for herself in the simplest of ways making it achievable, whilst also weaving the sacred into the everyday. This conversation follows on so beautifully from last week's chat with Rebecca Campbell (episode 7).
We discuss the difference intention setting can make each day, the impact of self-awareness and responding to that awareness with kindness. Let us take you on a journey to consider how some of these rituals could influence your life positively.
Key takeaways:
I hope you enjoy this conversation and take away so much from it.

In this week’s episode, I chat with Rebecca Campbell, a bestselling author, mystic and creative. I came across Rebecca’s work a number of years ago and have been fortunate enough to attend her live events and be part of her membership. She is a true spiritual teacher for modern times.
Rebecca introduces us to the concept of embodiment and what this truly means. We hear her journey through her life with embodiment, with her feeling more embodied in her younger years through sports and moving away from it as she came into early adulthood and her awakening that brought her to this work. We discuss how living in this modern world can see a disconnect from spirituality and how living at a speed faster than nature leaves us feeling stress and pressure. Rebecca weaves ways that we can access the sacred in everyday life into our conversation so that we can all begin to slow down and experience less pressure.
Key takeaways:
Rebecca introduces us to a beautiful way to access the sacred every day and I would love to hear from you to find out how you access the sacred daily.

In this week’s episode, I chat with Cat Sims who blogs under Not So Smug Now. This episode is incredibly honest and raw about a number of issues that I believe many of us will relate to.
Our focus in this episode is on marriage and how relationships can change especially when children are born. How often are people really honest about the reality of having children and the impact it can have on your mental health? Cat talks to us about her and her husband's experience of becoming parents and the impact it had on both of them and their marriage. She talks to us about their journey to therapy and how it taught them about the importance of communicating what they actually wanted. W
e discuss how we blame TV shows like Love Island for toxic behaviours and forget that it is merely spotlighting behaviours that are present in relationships in the real world and yet we don’t take the opportunity to learn from what we see on these shows. In a moment of true vulnerability, Cat shares with us her journey to sobriety and how alcohol had been affecting her own life and her relationships.
Key takeaways:
I know that many of you will resonate with different parts of Cat’s experiences and hope that this will support you with your own journey.
About Cat:
Cat Sims is a content creator, podcaster and author who is still trying to figure the whole ‘adulting’ thing out. With 195k followers on Instagram, Cat has made a living out of documenting her failures and successes as a 40-year-old woman, a mother and a wife across various social media platforms. Cat is willing to talk openly about anything - her addiction and subsequent sobriety journey, her mental health, her fears and failures - and she makes us all laugh as she does it.
Her mission in life is to make as many women as possible feel ‘seen’ and to make them realise that they are never, ever, ‘the only one.’ She’s honest AF, wonderfully self-deprecating and willing to say all the things the rest of us hide away and, in doing so, managed to make us all feel a little bit better about our perfectly messy lives.
Cat’s new book The First Time Your Smiled (out now) is a baby record journal for parents with a sense of humour. Order a copy here>

In this week’s episode, I chat with Saskia Marjoram who is the creator of Saskia’s Flower Essences.
Through her flower essences, Saskia helps people to shift a range of emotional states and behaviours. I am so excited to share the conversation with you as I have been using Saskia’s flower essences both myself and with my boys for a while now.
Saskia has been working with flower essences for over 15 years after her and friend decided to develop their own flower essence range. They had been using flower essences from an Australian brand but with Saskia’s history with flowers she realised that she wanted to know exactly what the flowers were rather than an ingredient that wasn’t common in the UK. This was how her new product was born.
You can hear us talk about the history of flower essences starting with indigenous uses through to Dr Bach packaging flower essences in the 1930’s. We discuss the energetic frequencies of flowers and their properties and how you can know if they are working for you. We also talk about the benefits for both children and adults. Saskia also shares with us how to dowse which can be so helpful in choosing which combination of essences you want to use.
Key takeaways:
Saskia has kindly given listeners of the podcast a 10% discount code so if you type TAPPING at checkout you can benefit from this.
I hope you enjoy this conversation and take away so much from it.
About Saskia:
Saskia has been working with flowers at different levels for her whole life. As a professional gardener for more than 30 years, and florist to HRH Prince of Wales for many years she started making flower essences in 2003 with her friend and business partner for a long time after they discovered how incredibly effective and simple they are to make and desperately needed them for themselves and their families. She is continually fascinated by how plants and humans interact and the wisdom they have to share with us. Her deep love, friendship and knowledge of the flowers have continued to grow as she discovers just how powerfully their energy affects and interacts with us.

In this week’s episode, I chat with Flic Taylor who is a freelance writer talking about mental health, wellbeing, and burnout. She aims to educate people about burnout through her blog relating to her experience and her recovery.
Flic’s experience is so powerful as she shares with us how as a mental health writer she completely missed the signs of her own burnout until being shocked into realising the depth of her burnout by a health practitioner. We discuss how burnout has become common in key worker roles over the past two roles and the concept of burnout becoming more understood due to its prevalence. We also consider how the pervasive nature of burnout can creep up on us when we do not expect it. We cover issues such as the impact of the lack of sleep, poor boundaries and numbing ourselves rather than nourishing ourselves. Flic shares with us the key signs of burnout so be sure to listen to the whole episode to see if you are also experiencing burnout.

In this week’s episode, I chat with Emma Cannon, a fertility and women’s health expert. Emma supports couples on their path to parenthood and bridges the gap between western medicine and complementary therapies.
In this conversation with Emma, we weave many themes that I know will be so powerful for you to hear. She takes us on her own journey of sitting with Ram Dass in the 90’s and how this opened up the path that she is still on today. We discuss the impact of childhood sexual trauma and how this was not fully healed until many years later during a powerful experience that I can’t wait for you to hear about. Emma is so generous with her knowledge about not only fertility and the cycle of life but also in giving us hope around the shadow and light in life and how working with both can lead to deep healing.

Welcome to Season 4 Episode 1!
In this week's episode, I chat with Natalie Lee, a content creator, author, podcast host and public speaker on a liberating road of disruption to challenge and help you shed your shame.
Following childhood trauma, Natalie was conditioned to view her body, sex and herself in a certain way which led to her not feeling complete and shameful. Natalie talks to us today about her powerful journey to pleasure and self-acceptance as we discuss the book she has written, Feeling Myself. I make no secret about how much I love this book and how I think it's a must-read for all women. Natalie shares with us about subjects that we possibly do not normally talk about with our friends and loved ones. We talk about the importance of questioning our own views around sex and how we can break any negative cycles we hold as well as how we can have important conversations about sexuality and sex within our households. This is a conversation that I know is going to have an impact.
Key takeaways:

Natalie Lee began started her blog, Style Me Sunday, in July 2012. It began as a fashion blog but soon evolved as she changed and started to open up about other things like body confidence, mental health and her healing process. If you are new to tapping or are curious about the proof of its efficacy then this is the episode for you!
In today's episode, I am honoured to talk to Dr Peta Stapleton. Based in Australia, Dr Peta has become the world's leading expert in the science behind tapping and proving its efficacy for supporting and resolving key issues that impact our general health. She has compared EFT against Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for food cravings; EFT versus CBT for Depression in Adults; EFT for academic fear and resilience in 15-year-old students; and EFT for sufferers of chronic pain. She has also led the world's first trial examining neural changes after EFT for food issues (fMRI study).
It was such a brilliant conversation and really interesting to hear where she thinks EFT/Tapping is going in the coming years from a standard and recommended perspective.
Key takeaways:
About Dr Peta:
Dr Peta Stapleton has 25 years of experience as a registered Clinical and Health Psychologist and is currently an Associate Professor in Psychology at Bond University (Australia). In 2019 she was named Psychologist of the Year by the Australian Allied Health Awards.

In this week's episode, I chat to Dublin based Emma West about how she came to sound as both a healing modality for herself and a career. Emma is gathering groups of like-minded individuals seeking out alternative therapies to help transform their lives. She creates and holds the most beautiful healing space, both indoors and outdoors (in the woods or by the beach). She is most herself recreating the sound of the waves, or twinkling chimes through the forest.
Key Takeaways:
About Emma:
Emma West is a sound healing practitioner and reiki master from Dublin who is passionate about using sound to help you relax your mind and body.
Emma has always been drawn to music and sound from a young age, as a former DJ who had also worked in radio in her 20's, she has always surrounded herself in this space but it was only through her own personal healing journey she realised the true power that sound along with our intention can have.
Sound Healing can bring about profound shifts in our lives, helping to guide you into that space where you can let go of negative thought patterns that you may have been holding onto, slowing down your brain wave state, promoting deep restorative healing on a cellular and emotional level.
By using the sacred sound vibrations of Tibetan and crystal bowls, the gong, drum, voice and more Emma will gently guide you into a peaceful state, holding a safe space for you to release and help bring your body, mind and soul back into its natural state of harmony.
For anyone in Ireland / Europe who is interested in purchasing their own sound healing instruments Emma recommends:

In this week's episode I chat with Thalia Pellegrini, a registered nutritional therapist who has transformed her own health with good nutrition after having glandular fever in her teens, through to chronic fatigue syndrome, supported her own IVF and fertility journey through to having two healthy boys. It was her postpartum depletion and how she supported herself during that time, that has now made her the knackered mum's nutritionist.
In this episode, we chat about that journey, about how she was ‘dismantled’ by motherhood, and how she is on a mission to give mums permission to nurture and mother themselves. We discuss the importance of sleep and how it can be transformed with nutrition. I ask her, where do we start right now – and she gives us some great tips.
We also chat about the fertility journey and how nutrition can support conception, pregnancy and then most importantly beyond into the postpartum months and years.

About Thalia:
Thalia Pellegrini is a registered nutritional therapist (DipION mBANT CNHC). Having transformed her own health by working with a nutritionist in her 20s, she wanted to do the same for other women, and following a decade as a broadcast journalist for the BBC, Thalia retrained. She qualified in 2009 following a three-year course at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London. Pregnant when she graduated, and with her second baby two years later, she learnt that knowing how to nourish yourself and being able to do so when you’re an overwhelmed mum are two very different things! And so, the Knackered Mums Nutritionist was born.
She works 1:1 with women to address health issues ranging from PMS, perimenopause, weight loss and low energy and runs her signature 6-month online group program Knackered to Nourished for 40-something mums ready to feel revitalized. She is on a mission to support mums to hold their own well-being sacred.

This week I chat with Irish Patricia Lohan. She's lived in New York, Bali, Greece and is back in Ireland at the moment but with plans for a return trip to Greece for the summer.
Patricia seems to have cracked the code of manifesting with the art of Feng Shui. She's created everything she wants in life, down to the man she married, her little dog, and a very successful career. It wasn't always like that, and she shares with me her personal story of how she used the ancient and spiritual practice of Feng Shui to understand the world, where she lived and then how to change it to bring in what she wanted.
She's now helping thousands all over the world do the same!
I actually share with Patricia about the artwork on my bedroom walls...hmm well let's just say 'we' need to rethink what's on our walls, and I still haven't fixed them. We did try to create a new office for me by moving the boys into the same bedroom but that didn't work out so, I need to rethink things again! I have however implemented some of the other tips Patricia shares with us.
Key takeaways:
About Patricia:Patricia is a Feng Shui expert, manifesting magnet, alchemist, healer and real-life Irish Celtic Shaman. Some people call her the “Mary Poppins of Prosperity,”
Patricia is the creator of PowerHouse Feng Shui and Author of The Happy Home: A Guide To Creating A Happy, Healthy, Wealthy Life. She helps entrepreneurs make their homes & businesses magnetic to money, luck, and blessings. She shows you what they don’t teach in business school, what lies between the lines, your top-secret tool for success.
She has helped thousands of people across the globe embrace Feng Shui and creates lasting changes in their businesses, homes, and lives. Patricia has seen first-hand the power of the mind, surroundings and inner healing, clearing and aligning everything so it works holistically. She loves entrepreneurship with 15 years of experience running and growing three successful startups of her own.

This is a fascinating exploration of Human Design with my friend Kay. I met her through a randomised tapping circle that was created in January 2019 and we met monthly to Tap. She introduced me to Human Design, with an impressive 18 years of Human Design knowledge under her belt, I knew she would be the perfect person to explore this topic on the podcast.
Human Design is the personalised manual/guidebook to how you best operate. Find out your "type" here on Kay's website: www.kayashlee.com/beinghuman (you might even like to do this before you start listening!!). Relisten with a pen and take notes too!!
Key takeaways:
About Kay:Kay is an advanced EFT practitioner from the south coast of England. After a lifetime of chronic anxiety and self-judgement, she now helps others tread the path she has created to inner freedom and self-acceptance.
Her passion is to help people understand how they tick. To know they already are the person they are meant to be, one who is on an interesting inner journey of discovery.
Human Design came into Kay’s life 18 years ago and she says it has been an incredible, intriguing, and awe-inspiring journey. To have our very own manual of how we personally operate, how others affect us and what are the exact strategies that work for us in the world is so powerful.
It allows us an insight into ourselves and our children that we could not have any other way.

Welcome to Episode 2 of Season 3. Today I’m talking to Lizzy Delaney. Lizzy is health coach who specialises in intuitive and emotional eating. And what is intuitive eating I hear you ask? We'll get to that bit!!
First Lizzy takes us on a journey to talk about her relationship with food, her need for control and how she suppressed her emotions by restricting or binging on food. She compassionately and sensitively talks about this experience so I don't think this should be too triggering for those who also have these patterns of behaviour. And if you can relate to Lizzy's journey, I really do recommend listening to how she's turned her life around completely and is now dedicated to helping women do the same.
I honestly could have chatted to Lizzy for hours - she has such amazing and infectious energy, I know you're going to love her.
Key takeaways:
About Lizzy:
She is passionate about helping women who have been yo-yo dieting for years and who struggle with emotional eating heal their relationship with food and understand themselves so that they can stop dieting and feeling out of control around food. Lizzy helps them to create their own version of healthy so that they can truly start living their lives to the full. She became involved in this incredible work after suffering from an eating disorder for 10 years followed by a further 5 years of yo-yo dieting, restrictive eating, emotional eating, poor body image and a low sense of self-worth.
She has spent years doing the deeper healing work, shifting mindset blocks and fully understanding her own relationship with food which has led her to finally feel completely free around food and fully accepting of her body, something she never thought possible. She is now incredibly passionate and devoted to this work and her ambition is to help as many people as possible to overcome their negative relationship with food and support them in having a positive and sustainable approach to their own health and happiness.
Lizzy’s work is life-changing. She has a signature process called the Happy, Healthy, Healed method that incorporates mindset work, behaviour change coaching and intuitive eating. Lizzy works 1:1 with clients and has a group program both of which are 4-month programs that work on you changing your life in a sustainable way - for good.
If you would like to chat with Lizzy or request further information you can find her on Instagram at @luv.health or you can email her at luvhealthcoaching@gmail.com

Welcome to Episode 1 of Season 3. Today I’m talking to Anna Mathur, a mum of 3 and a Psychotherapist, Author and Speaker. I am so honoured to bring this chat to you where Anna shares her own deeply personal story that led her to become a Psychotherapist. She talks about the last 20 years of her own therapy and how uncomfortable it's been at times – really forcing her inwards.
Anna uses her experiences of motherhood to connect with so many mums in a way that is normalising therapy and is also making it accessible through her digital courses. She drops some seriously powerful one-liners that will make you want to get your pen and write post-its all over your house!
Key takeaways:

• We’ve numbed our feelings to survive the pandemic
• The relationship you have with your therapist is key
• “Some of the best work, is the messy and uncomfortable stuff”
• “Just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s normal”
• How we are worthy and deserving of being supported
• How to ensure our kids feel unconditionally loved….(this is a big one)
• Raising the white flag of surrender, and asking for help
About Anna:
Anna is influencing the therapy world. She is an author, public speaker, quoted so often in mainstream media and also featured recently on BBC 4’s Woman’s Hour. Welcome to Season 3 of the Tapping into Podcast.
As always with this podcast, we will be exploring a variety of different modalities and topics within the spiritual, alternative and natural world in order to help us grow, heal, and ultimately live happy lives. Often when we feel something's not right, or we feel uncomfortable in our day to day, we start 'fixing' things on the outside. We look outside of ourselves for validation, for joy, for peace, for comfort, for love. Sometimes we battle on the outside, leading to an internal battle in the mind - the never-ending negative nancy that attacks us at every turn.
What I've learnt is in order for things to change, we do actually need to go inwards to our internal world instead of just focusing on our external world. How when we do the inner development, it actually does reflect on the outside naturally and effortlessly. This also ties in with manifestation - how we can work with the laws of energy and frequency to attract into our lives what we want.
We explore many modalities that help us navigate the internal world, like Therapy with Anna Mathur, Intuitive Eating with Lizzy Delaney, Human Design with Kay Ash Lee, Feng Shui with Patricia Lohan, Nutrition with Thalia Pellegrini, Sound healing with Emma West and I'm so excited because this season I actually get to explore Tapping / EFT with the TOP global researcher into the field, Dr Peta Stapleton. When we go internally, let go and do some healing inside, that’s when the outer world really changes. I hope you love these conversations as much as I have enjoyed having them, and if you do please follow, subscribe, share and if you can write a review!!
Also, if you are new to this podcast there are lots of other episodes to check out in Season 1 + 2.
This is the last episode of Season 2!!!
Eddie was my yoga teacher until Covid happened! We had been planning a workshop together that we had to cancel and when we met to discuss it back in January 2020 he told me his life story. I knew then I had to get him on the podcast and share it with you all.
Learn how Eddie overcomes addiction, and how yoga was a gateway for reconnecting with his true self, how he found other modalities to help him on the journey also, such as Shamanism.
Key takeaways:
About Eddie:
Eddie has been practicing yoga and meditation for 10 years whilst working within the fitness and wellbeing industry. After completing 200 hours of training at Durga’s Tiger School of Tantra, Yoga and Shamanism in Ecuador in 2018, he set up The Whole Co, a company incorporating all knowledge and experience of living well, to provide services to suit all people in all lifestyles. Eddie has lead workshops and retreats across the UK and in Ibiza, alongside offering regular yoga classes in Sussex. He believes yoga should be accessible to everyone and is eager to show how, with the right tools, anyone can access the healing benefits of yoga.
Eddie also uses breath work, chanting, sea swimming and lots of other modalities to help everyone he comes in contact with.

In today's episode I chat to my friend Kelly Day about The Emotion Code. I'd not heard about this until Kelly brought it to my attention as it had been something she'd been using on her healing journey after she found out she had breast cancer.
She is now cancer free and has trained in this healing technique to help as many others as possible release their trapped emotions (emotions = energy in motion).
Key takeaways
Resources:
The Emotion Code (Book) by Dr Bradley Nelson
e-Motion (Movie) on Gaia TV
About Kelly:
Kelly is a certified emotion code practitioner, living in Brighton, UK, with her husband and twin daughters. She discovered the emotion code as part of her own healing journey just over 2 and a half years ago. Since then she has healed my own back pain and released many negative trapped emotions from myself which were contributing to physical and emotional symptoms.
She was so amazed by this healing technique that she decided to become a certified emotion code practitioner to help others heal themselves too.
The emotion code is an energy healing technique to identify and release trapped emotions from the body. Using muscle testing and specific questioning, she is able to connect to her client’s subconscious, identify a trapped emotion and release it. Sessions can be carried out using zoom video call or by email.

Join me and Sarah Richardson as we discuss Fertility, but probably not in a way you’ve heard before. Sarah is an ex midwife, single mum, worked in a fertility clinic and now an energy healer helping many women conceive their babies.
Her own journey opened her up to a greater understanding of energy, healing and the spiritual side of the world. Because of some of these topics I’m issuing a little trigger warning because we do talk about baby loss and the loss of my baby Alice also too.
I really hope this will help you on your journey whether you have experienced loss, or are trying to conceive.
Key takeaways:
· Sarah R’s journey to motherhood + midwifery all at the same time
· The importance of the soul in conception
· Conscious + unconscious conception and calling in the baby
· Losses along the fertility journey
· How grief cracks our hearts open
· Past life, karma + ancestral trauma impacting our ability to conceive
· 10% of infertility is physical and the 90% is emotional, mental or spiritual
· Inherited shame around sexual pleasure and conception
· How birth trauma and the motherhood experience can cause secondary infertility
· Miscarriage, adoption, IVF and more…
· The spirituality of children being born now
· The combination of intention and surrendering on a fertility journey
· The surrender of death and Sarah R’s experience with deep meditation bliss
Intention shared by Sarah R:
I am fully willing and ready to release all cords, entanglements, attachements, vows, contracts, that I made in this life time, past life times, or any that my ancestors made, that I may be carrying that are no longer serving me in conceiving my baby or finding a partner.
About Sarah R:
Sarah trained as a midwife just after leaving school and becoming a mum herself at 19, Sarah worked in a busy maternity hospital in Dublin in Antenatal, Postnatal and Delivery Wards caring for the most well mums and babies, to unfortunately the most unwell. She trained in Pregnancy yoga, meditation + mantra practices, Reiki, Crystal healing, Access Bars, Access Consciousness, EFT/Tapping and lots more.
A few years later while working in a busy Fertility Clinic and her work evolved into an alternative form of fertility and pregnancy treatment - “Sacred Conception“ – leading to lots of new pregnancies, births and babies. Her passion is to help women connect with their bodies, their sexuality, their cyclic wisdom, their menstrual cycle, their fertility and their own power.

Leyth is a both a miracle and an inspiration. Editing this podcast gave me shivers again. Leyth was a fit, young man who went to Budapest on a work trip, but suffered a grade V5 haemorrhage in his brain, falling into a 7-day coma and experiencing a stroke, leaving him paralysed.

I AM Awake Tapping Meditation – to aid ascension symptoms and embody more light
What does it mean to 'Awaken'?
What does it mean to 'Ascend'?
A lot of people are experiencing physical tension, symptoms and fear in their bodies that are actually linked to Ascension. Some people are aware of this and know exactly what it means whereas for the majority this term is quite new, and we may not consciously know what it means.
Ascension means to rise up – often we can also say ‘awaken’. I do my best to explain ‘ascension’ in simple terms for those who are very new to this. I take you through common ascension symptoms and then lead a guided tapping meditation to help us release the fear and anxiety that rises when we experience these symptoms, to encourage our subconscious or ego to let go and to allow the energy deep into every cell in our body, to aid our transition and make it as gentle as possible.

I am so grateful for Sharon’s work as without it I would not have healed the way I did and I would not be doing this work now. From my own experience of birth trauma that ended in loss I really wanted to share Sharon’s wisdom on this podcast. I want to help continue conversations about birth trauma and inspire people to release their own negative experiences.
Trigger warning: This episode does mention baby loss albeit briefly. Our conversation focuses more on birth trauma itself and breaks in the bonding experience with baby (for whatever reason). This podcast is not designed to upset you, but to educate and empower you. Your own birth was not your mother’s fault, and the birth of your children was not your fault. No one is to blame; it was just what happened.
Key takeaways:
- Invalidation of birth trauma has long lasting negative impact
- Birth trauma can leave us with shame, guilt, anger and grief
- How the body reacts to Trauma and what causes PTSD
- The importance of the bonding experience and how it is never too late to bond or re-bond
- The healing experience with matrix reimprinting
- The benefits of healing birth trauma
- How important our time in utero is
- How healing would work for someone currently pregnant
- The importance of clearing the trauma
- How to overcome the fear of healing this trauma
- Traditional therapy versus matrix reimprinting
- The best advice for pregnant mums right now (November 2020)
- All trauma is releasable – you can heal and you can recover
- Packed with real life stories of healing, as well as sharing of personal experiences from both Sarah + Sharon
About Sharon:
Sharon is author of the book ‘Heal your birth, heal your life', and has been working in the field of energy psychology and emotional health since 2007. Sharon studied with leading teachers in the field of emotions, energy and health. She is also a Soma Breath Instructor, an EFT Practitioner and has also trained in 9 other modalities.

As a Tapping Practitioner & Reiki Master I've been captivated by 'energy' for nearly 20 years. Its been something I've read about in self-help books since my teens - curious about the aura and chakras and beyond.
In this episode I chat with Dorothy Winters, an Energy Healer working remotely during lockdown to almost even greater effect!
Key Takeaways:
I'll let you into a little secret, after recording this with Dot I was so curious about the 'shaking' that I gave it a go myself!! It's extremely interesting let me tell you, definitely worthy of its own episode.
I've also received a remote healing with Dorothy after our recording, and it was so beautiful, visual and releasing - helping me to step out of the old me, the old corporate programmed version of myself, allowing me more freedom now to step forward who I want to be. I'd highly recommend a session.
About Dorothy:
Dorothy Winter is a spiritual healer and teacher who's been practicing for a decade. Her work is centred around abstracting and clearing stored energy in and around the human energy field.
Dot uses a mixture of Tera-mai Gold, Egyptian Elemental rays, light language and dynamic energy manipulation techniques. Her treatments are focused on grounding, reconnecting the mind and body and regulating the nervous system.
Dot is passionate about the trauma story, and believes we open new healing pathways to others by communicating and expressing our unique and authentic soul selves.
When Dot isn't practicing or teaching she walks the old way, tapping into leylines and energy points near her home in West Kent with her husband and two children.

Personally I’ve always struggled being present. I’ve spent most of my life living in the past or the future. Being ‘mindful’ always felt like an alien concept to me. But slowly over the past few years, through Tapping I’ve become more present and aware of my own emotions, but I realise I’ve a long way to go before I fully engage with this practice.
I felt very drawn to tapping into Mindfulness a bit further and could not think of a better person to talk to than Jane. She’s from Dublin and we met nearly 3 years ago and have kept in touch ever since. She has such a calming influence and I hope you can take some nuggets out of this conversation that will help you become more aware and present in your daily life.
This was recorded in early September in between lock downs for our Irish friends (who as of 26th October are in their second national lock down). I'm hoping there are some key points here for those of you having to dig deep and tap into your inner resilience.
Key takeaways
About Jane:
Jane is a Mindfulness teacher and author in the educational field who lives in Dublin with her husband and three young children. She is super passionate about sharing mindfulness with women and helping us all to slow down, stop listening to our inner critic so much, get out of our heads and learn that there is more right with us than wrong with us.
She runs a variety of workshops and course both online and face to face. As well as regular urban day retreats and retreat weekends (when restrictions allow).

I remember my mum always having essential oils burning in a diffuser when we were kids and after I left home I lost touch with them as a tool. But over the past few years since having children, I’ve really found support in them again, and am building up a nice collection of oils!!
I wanted to explore the benefit of essential oils a bit further. And I was so interested to talk to Benoit because of his career with essential extracts and oils (originally for the perfume industry) and how that led him to create his own essential oil company, The Nature of Things, based out of Ireland, but selling all over the world.
Show Notes
Lucretius wrote a book called ‘De Rerum Natura’ – On the Nature of Things. Lucretius explores the Epicurean philosophy which says that everything in nature can be explained by natural laws and that we can find happiness by living a simple life, surrounded with friends and in harmony with nature.
Key takeaways
About Benoit:
As a young, curious man from a small town in Brittany, Benoit began working with a French producer of natural extracts. The work opened his mind to the wonders of the world of natural oils and the positive effects they can have on our everyday lives. For over 20 years, while in New York, he worked with two of the best producers of natural oils in the world.
He quickly noticed how the market was flooded with underwhelming oils. So he used everything he’s learnt – from the farmers, the distillers, the ‘noses’, the scientists, the creatives and the market – to create a brand that celebrates the best quality natural oils and share the potentialities of their life enhancing features.

I’ve been captivated by Irish model Alison Canavan’s story for years. She’s an ex-Ford international supermodel, a single mum who suffered from Post Natal Depression, and she changed her life around starting with Meditation and Gratitude. She’s now an Author, Speaker, Dream Builder and Mindfulness Coach. I wanted to learn more about how she found meditation and what it’s done for her life.
This conversation ended up going much deeper into bigger spiritual beliefs, I was so excited to chat to someone with the same beliefs as me!

I've been drawn to angels since I was a little girl. I use them a lot in my daily life and often call them in when working with my clients. I also really feel the energy of our daughter Alice as a guardian angel to me and my family (read about that here).
So, I wanted to learn more about them, in particular how to connect with them, how do you know they are there, the difference between angels and intuition, and the difference between your guides and your angels.
