Before Eric and Alex go on about all the topics they would like to discuss, they take a moment to breathe and talk about the word “focus”. It only makes sense to begin their podcast journey by having a moment to reflect and pick up a sense of direction.
Long-term focus requires us to turn our attention inwards. It is only when we let this undemanding present arrive that we can truly find contentment in who we are and what we have. We can perform as well as we are, in the now.
