Content strategist Kingshuk, says, "the idea of giving yourself everything you’re searching for is a personal responsibility for your life at a whole other level.” It’s worth reconsidering how we define responsibility. In the book Inner Engineering, author Sadhguru defines responsibility as follows:
Responsibility does not mean taking on the burdens of the world. It does not mean accepting blame for things you have done or not done. It does not mean living in a state of personal guilt. Responsibility simply means your ability to respond.
Searching outside of yourself for everything that’s already within you allows you to avoid responsibility. Realize that everything you’re searching for outside of you is already within you. Then, you’ll have agency over your life in a way that you never had before.

John 15:4-11
Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.
5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. 6 If anyone does not abide inMe, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. 7 If you abide in Me, and My
words abide in you, you[a] will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. 8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.
Phenomenal Woman, if YOU remain in Him, then His words remain in YOU, then Jesus says there will be FRUIT. Indeed, He says, YOU can “ASK whatever YOU wish, and it will be done for YOU.” Your request is granted 1) because He’s given YOU that desire of what to ask for and 2) how about, as a Kings daughter, YOU can say, "I CAN HAVE IT BECAUSE MY DADDY SAID SO!"
As we approach the final 6 months of this year, make an intentional decision to ABIDE and UNLEASH what's already YOURS!

Our Father doesn’t allow for us to use our life happenings as excuses as to why we’re not fulfilling the life He already planned and destined for us before we were even formed because a steadfast spirit also means firm in adherence committed to following out HIS plan.

OMGEEE last week I received so much feedback regarding SPIRITUAL BUOYANCY that I knew this week I had to tap into how we possess it.
Phenomenal Women we are EQUIPPED with what we need for our journey. God has chosen certain ones of us to carry certain weights. We can’t all carry the same weight. Because He made us He knows exactly what we can bare. Although we are all in the body of Christ we each are nicely fashioned and EQUIPPED with absolutely everything within us necessary to handle the specific weight to carry out our different kingdom assignments.
Everyone desires more power, more anointing, more greatness and the manifestations of God's promises in their lives; however, HUGE kingdom assignments aren't fulfilled without pain, testing, growing and a stretching of YOU! Our EQUIPPING process shows us what we’re really made of, shows us how we’re built, shows our true strength and where our strength lie. Our EQUIPPING process focuses on our BEING and BECOMING. We have a responsibility to handle His anointing with grace and with excellence!!!!
As you go through the remainder of this week Phenomenal Women take a quiet moment right in the midst of your toughest and darkest EQUIPPING storm and answer these questions. More shared in this podcast. I must ask:
Can you stay focused when all hell is breaking lose in your life?
Can you go through your pain knowing He’s simply preparing you for your kingdom assignment?
Can you say God I’m yours, use me how you choose?
Can you still minister and pour out into others?
Can you determine in your mind that you won’t let your crisis go to waste and tell the enemy whatever God has placed in me must, shall and will come out? What are you birthing for his Glory?
I’ll remind you again, within YOU is everything you need. Don't forfeit your greater by fighting against your EQUIPPING process. Everything in our life up to this point has been preparation for where you're destined to be and have.
Phenomenal Woman you’re being EQUIPPED to experience a breakthrough instead of a break down.
EQUIPPED to create instead of being crushed.
EQUIPPED to develop instead of dying.
EQUIPPED to turn your pain to power and purpose.
EQUIPPED to experience healing instead of wallowing in hurt.
EQUIPPED to turn your agony to such an anointing.
EQUIPPED to triumph over your trauma.

A week ago we shared it takes COURAGE to live this life by faith facing adversities head on and last week we shared that walking in courage develops you to possess the quality of FORTITUDE which is the actual strength to endure the pain associated with your adversity or life happening situation. And today today today my girlfriend, my phenomenal sister, my sis our word for this week is BUOYANCY (spiritual buoyancy).

It ministers toour education, to the development of such qualities as patience, faith, fortitude and humility.

I was drowning internally, and my days were growing darker and darker. I was at my wits end with my life and everything in it. Nothing made sense, nothing was flowing right, and I was all over the place while still trying to raise two kids. My plate was HEAVY, and it was steady cracking, until it broke. I was broken in ways I never deemed possible but was I beyond repair?

One of the affirmations I say and meditate on daily is Psalms 138:8 The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me... then on July 1st Pastor Shawn Tyson posted "This is the 7th month. 7 = perfection. The Lord WILL perfect that which concerns you!" I hollered & leaped for the confirmation! I then began to think about all of the Phenomenal Women that message me about being STUCK in their lives and feeling like if a life happening situation hadn't happened to them, they would be further along in life. I KNEW then I needed to speak up!
My beautiful queens, phenomenal sisters LISTEN to me loud and clear....Your life happening is not an excuse for you NOT to walk in your purpose and God given kingdom assignment. It's half-time and YOU STILL HAVE TIME to BIRTH your purpose and walk in your destiny!

M.A. Usher expresses to the YOU-n-You women that when they know exactly who they are, to whom they belong and tap into what their Almighty God has invested in them, they will guard their seed of greatness at all cost. In turn, as they guard their seed, they will maintain class, elegance and most definitely, will not reduce themselves to engage in out-of-character life happening situations that compromise their greatness and purpose.
